Thank you for 6K views, my damn cramps hurt so bad! Anyways, pushing through the pain and writing a chapter. In this oneshot, Ava sees a spider and screams. Her and Sara are the only ones on the ship the others are out.
Ava's POV
I'm in the kitchen, getting something to eat. Sara is in the other room on her laptop. We are planning the wedding and I'm trying to make a sandwhich and I see a huge spider. "What the fuck!" I scream.
Sara comes running in, "What happened, are you okay?!" She asks, I just point at the spider and she sighs.
Sara's POV
I'm just browsing things for the wedding and I hear Ava scream, "What the fuck!" I quickly put my laptop down and run into the kitchen, to say I was as fast as the flash was an understatement.
"What happened, are you okay?!" I ask her. I run into the kitchen and look up, she's standing on the counter and pointing at the table. I look at the table and there's a decent size spider on the table, I sigh.
I walk over to the spider and pick it up. It crawls on the back of my hand, I look at it. "Babe, are you okay?" I ask her as she is shaking.
"Y-Yeah, just get the spider away from me. Kill it, I'll be in our room." She says, she jumps down from the counter and runs to our room.
"Did you have to scare my fiancée like that?" I ask the spider, they just look at me. I sigh and walk to the cargo bay. "Gideon, door." I say. Gideon opens the door, I take the spider over to a tree and put him there. I walk back into the ship and Gideon closes the door behind me.
I get an idea, "Gideon, tell Ava I'm keeping the spider." I say with a smirk and cup my hands like I'm carrying it. I walk into our room.
"Sara. No." Ava says. I start to walk towards her on our bed. "Sara. Stop." She moves to the middle of the bed. I jump onto to the bed and tackle her, she whimpers.
"Baby, I don't have the spider anymore." I say laughing, she pushes me off her. She walks out of our room, I just sit their laughing.
"It appears the rest of the team is back." Gideon tells me.
"Thanks Gideon." I say and walk into the bridge where everyone is, I walk over to Ava to kiss her but she turns her head so I kiss her cheek. "Are you really that mad?" I ask her, she just ignores me.
"What did you do to piss her off?" Nate asks.
"She saw a spider and got scared, I picked it up and took it outside. Went back inside pretending to still have the spider and throw it on her." I tell him with a chuckle, he stifles a laugh. "Come on babe you can't ignore me forever." I tell her. She just shakes her head and walks away.
"Damn, your in deep shit." Zari 1.0 says.
"No shit." I say and follow Ava. "Come on babe." I say and follow her, she just keeps walking away.
At night...
"Please babe, come on." I say, she just ignores me and puts her pajamas on and gets into bed. I get changed too and get into bed with her. "I'm sorry." I apologize for the 100th time today. She turns on her side so her back is facing me. I try to put my arm around her but she shrugs it off.
"Goodnight, I love you." I tell her sadly and turn on my side, my back facing her. I feel her look at me, I sigh, I get up and get my pillow and a spare blanket. I go over to the couch in our room and put the pillow down. Ava watches my movements, I lay down and stare at the ceiling. "Just giving you space." I tell her. "I'm sorry." I say and close my eyes.
When I wake up Ava is still asleep. I sigh and get up, I fold the blanket up and put it away and put my pillow back. I get changed for the day and watch over to Ava. I crouch down in front of her, I stroke her hair, and press a kiss to her forehead and turn on my heel and leave the room. I walk into the bridge, everyone is there, "Free day! I still have to get Ava to not be mad at me." I tell them and sigh.
"You'll get there Cap." Nate says, he pats me on the shoulder and walks out.
"If anyone needs me I'll be out getting Ava flowers." I say and walk into my office to get my motorcycle keys. I grab the keys and walk to the cargo bay, stopping in my room. Ava is still asleep, I write a note saying, I'm going out, I'm sorry. I love you, just incase something happens to me. I put it on her phone, I kiss her forehead and whisper, "I love you." I grab my jacket and walk out.
I get to the cargo bay and turn on my bike. I slowly back it down the ramp and drive off. I get Ava her favorite flowers, white roses, her favorite candy. And I'll give her my hoodie with my perfume on it. I put it all in a bag and drive back to the ship, "Gideon open the cargo bay." I say into my com link to Gideon. The doors open, I slow down and drive up it parking it and turning it off.
I get the roses out of the bag and grab the stuff and walk towards my room. I open the door and I don't see Ava there, my note is in the garbage, I just sigh. "Gideon where's Ava?" I ask with sadness in my voice.
"Captain Sharpe, is in living courters alone." Gideon says.
I thank her and walk to the living room with everything. I see her sitting on the couch watching TV, I walk over and sit next to her. I put the flowers and bag in her lap and kiss her head.
"I'm sorry." I say and stand up and leave. I walk back to my courters and grab my hoodie, and my perfume. I spray my perfume on it and walk to the living room where Ava is still there staring at the flowers, "Here." I say, she looks up with tears in her eyes. I hand her the hoodie and walk away. I look down as I'm walking, I walk into my room again and lay down in my bed, I take my shoes off and go on my phone.
I look at my gallery, photos of me and Ava. I hear the door open, I look up and see Ava wearing my hoodie, she puts the flowers in a vase and puts the candy down. She hasn't noticed me so I sigh and go back on my phone. Out of the corner of my eye I see Ava walking over to me, I don't look up. She takes my phone and puts it on the nightstand. And gets on top of me and buries her head in my neck, I feel my neck start to get wet.
I slowly wrap my arms around her, afraid that she's going to get up. "Is this you forgiving me?" I ask her, she nods into my neck. "I'm sorry." I say with sadness visible in my voice, "I really am."
"I know." She murmurs into my neck, she breaths in my scent and wraps her arms around my back.
"I love you." I say and kiss her head.
"I love you too." She says and picks her head out of my neck and kisses me, I misses those lips so much.
