I took the cobbler out and sat it to the side to cool down. Everybody likes the traditional peach cobbler, but since Reece is allergic to peaches.....I came up with a Dutch apple cobbler for her.
Reece should be coming home in a lil bit, she was doing her rounds at the hospital and then she'd have the whole weekend off. Before we leave for Georgia tomorrow, I want her to come home and relax after a long week.
Reece had finals, this stupid shit with her ex goin on......
I got annoyed thinking bout Eric. You a fuckin ball player, making money and got pussy coming your way from every way. You got caught fuckin up, take the L and move the fuck on. Why you gotta be the typa niggah on the petty shit? I shook my head and stirred the cheesy bacon mashed potatoes and checked the meatloaf and beans.
Reece was always good with simple food and meatloaf was her favorite. I like to cook and bake and if I can take one less stress off my girl.....Imma do it. I looked at the door when she walked in, Reece stopped and looked at the living room with a soft smile. I poured D'usse in two glass cups and walked to her, Reece dropped her medical bag by the door.
"Hey beautiful....." I'm really feeling this new color on her hair.
Reece
"Hi.....you didn't have to, baby....." Reece looked around again and took the glass from me.
"I want to....my girl posed to come home to a cooked meal." I drank from my cup.
"I love it......" She reached up and I kissed her.
Our tongues moved against each other and I pulled her closer to me. My hand slid down to her ass and I gripped the soft flesh. Reece moaned and pulled away slowly.
"Thank you...."
"You welcome, baby....." I drank from the cup again and placed it on the counter. "Go sit...." I went back in the kitchen, fixing our plates. I looked through my phone and found a song that she really likes.
