I awoke on my bed, head aching from what had just happened. I looked at the floor and saw Tinker sitting beside it, asleep. How long was I asleep for? I looked at the calendar.8 days have passed by.
"Eagle? The fuck happened?" I asked Tinker, shaking her gently.
"Wh- huh?" I saw her head turn around to look at me.
"Finally, you're awake. Everyone was worried for you!"
"What just happened?"
"Okay so you got transfurred by the protogen mask"
"Ah. Welp I'm a furry now." I said, with a bit of happiness in my tone.
"You're not upset?"
"Of course I'm not, I've been wanting to be an actual furry for years, mate!"
"Ah. Well, the others are chilling at the lounge area just outside the lift area. You can go see them." Tinker told me befor exitting my room. I got out of my bed, still a bit unbalanced due to my headache. I exitted my room and walked to the lounge area outside of the lift area.
"Sean! I thought you were dead!which I would have kinda wanted but oh well anyways how was hibernation?" I chuckled a bit
"Very funny, Zay. Also yes, I'm fine, just a bit woozy.
"Mate, I'm sorry for what just happened, I should'a rechecked..."
"It's fine, Paul. I enjoy it this way!" I enthusiastically said.
"Huh, was it the same for you, Zay and Tinker."
"Lol I don't mind being a fluffy boi" Zay answered
"It can get a bit annoying if you forget you are a gootraxian sometimes." Tinker answered.
"Huh, different reactions for different people ay?"
"Yeah, not everyone is the same" I said.
"Well then, how bout we go scavenge some stuff? Mango's eaten all the ice cream again."
"How did you know that?" Tinker asked, surprised that I knew that Mango at all the ice cream without checking the freezer. She prolly checked the freezer so I explained.
"I'm a protogen Tink, I know what happens inside and outside an electrical appliance."
"Oh. Yeah."
"Anyways, whoever wants to go scavenge raise your hand." Everyone in the room raised their hand.
"Okay then lets go."
(Third person POV)
After much driving...
The group reach a warehouse somewhere.
"Welp, we should enter and split , see if we could find anything."
"Welp, imma go with me buddies Wad and Crimson!" Zay said, wrapping his arms around them.
"I'll go with Paul." Dr.Plague said.
"Welp, I guess I'll be with Sean." Tinker said. The group then split up to search the warehouse for its wares.

I looked around the northwest part of the warehouse. There's a crap ton of games in here. Poor people, they must have waited so long for this to come only for this apocolypse to strike them, lol.
"Hey guys! I found some video games here!"
"Anything else?" Crimson asked.
"Let's see.....a Ps5, 4 Ps4s, a lot of Ps4 and Ps5 controllers and a shit ton of Monster Hunter World games."
