Even on Lunarville W.E.R., the workers had each been allocated a day off to attend the festival of the W.E.R. Eleanor's day had been Thursday. As she prepared herself in the flat, Eleanor was trying to forget about the traumatic events of the last week. She'd done her daily check up on Sofia who seemed to be recovering from her husband's death. Then she'd got herself dolled up to go out to the biggest festival that Lunaville W.E.R. had to offer.

The festival was being held in Steve Bannon square, a public place in the upper-class residential area of Lunaville W.E.R.. Normally none whites such as Eleanor were barred from setting foot in there without special permission, but just this once, the Lunaville government had relented. Mainly because it was one of the few areas large enough to host a festival as big as this.

When Eleanor stepped off the monorail train that took people there, she was somewhat awed by the beauty of the buildings. Most of the architecture of Lunaville W.E.R. had the same harsh industrial look all over it as a matter of efficiency , but here the buildings were painted in a vast array of bold colour. Of course, they were still decorated with the banners of the festival. In fact it was hard to see a building that didn't have a banner draped over it, typically with a slogan that read something like "For God so loved the white race, he chose them to rule over the world"

As Eleanor took in the sights and sounds of the festival, she only wished that Sofia had been here to see it. Eleanor had asked her if she wanted to come, but Sofia had turned the whole thing down.

"I just need some time by myself" Sofia had told her

Eleanor shrugged. There was always next year.

However despite the bending the rules to allow non whites to visit the area, the Lunaville government still had a few rules in place. For starters, the segregated bathrooms that were the norm in the W.E.R. still existed. And Eleanor soon found herself in a coloureds only bathroom washing her hands.

While she was doing so, Eleanor looked up at her face in the bathroom mirror. She looked over her coffee coloured skin and black hair, and thought about how old she looked. Which was even more worrying considering she was only about 23.

Eleanor then shook her head

"I guess I'm working harder than I thought!" she laughed to herself before drying her hands and walking out to the rest of the festival

After spending a couple of hours browsing the various stalls and things on offer, the time soon came for the main event. Namely pop sensation Shaun Daniels was making a special appearance on the moon for an exclusive concert. Shaun had long been tipped as one to watch in the W.E.R. music scene and after the strength of his debut album Great White music and several sell-out concerts, that prediction almost certainly was coming true.

When Eleanor made it into the concert hall, the place was already largely filled to the brim with hundreds of excited concert goers. Eleanor quickly found her seat and waited for the show to begin.

She hadn't been waiting long when the lights dimmed and a voice came over the loudspeaker

"Ladies and gentlemen. The moment you've all been waiting for... the W.E.R.'s newest patriot, the white wonder boy with the golden voice himself.... Shaun Daniels!"

Shaun then stepped out onto the stage as the crowd went absolutely wild. Looking at him, Eleanor realised he was just as handsome as the covers of his albums and the press photos made him look. He was very young, having only just turned 20, but already Shaun had become the hottest commodity in the W.E.R. music scene. The fact that he fitted the white blonde haired blue eyed model of God's chosen race probably did him a lot of favours as well. Shaun's music itself was feel good pop with strong patriotic W.E.R. themes about the glory of the W.E.R. and the holy white race. As he started to sing, Eleanor took out her phone and began filming the concert. She figured that since Sofia wasn't going to be able to see it, the least she could do was bring part of it back to her

For most of the concert, everything went pretty smoothly. Shaun sung his songs and the audience cheered them on. However halfway through a performance of his number 5 hit "For glory and god" something happened. Namely a huge deep noise blared through the entire venue. Then Shaun's entire microphone exploded in a blast of fire. Pretty soon his entire body was enveloped in flames. Shaun screamed in agony as the staff rushed up to try and extinguish the flames. However it was too late and by the time they got up there, the once promising pop sensation had collapsed on the floor reduced to a charred black corpse.

The audience were completely stunned by this and went silent. Then a voice came over the intercom

"Ladies and gentlemen. Shaun Daniels will not be able to perform for the rest of the evening. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please make your way out of the venue in an orderly fashion"

As Eleanor walked out with the rest of the crowd, she almost felt sick. She'd came to the festival hoping for a nice time and a good concert, not seeing a young up and coming star get roasted alive.

Stopping against the wall to get a hold of her bearings, Eleanor suddenly felt a vibration in her pocket. Reaching inside, she found that her smartphone was still recording. Checking the video, Eleanor realised that Shaun Daniel's last moments were now saved onto her phone

"Move it you fucking darkie!" a voice yelled from behind her bringing Eleanor back to reality. She stepped aside to allow a very upset white woman step past, before continuing to make her own way back home.

When Eleanor got back to her apartment, she immediately went into the bedroom, laid down on the bed and tried to get some rest. But no matter how much she tried, Eleanor just couldn't get the image of Shaun Daniels burning alive out of her head.

After a while she had an idea. Since the video was still saved onto her phone, Eleanor decided to watch it one last time. Then she'd delete it and never think about it again. So she pulled out her phone, put up the video and began to watch.

Just as it reached the moment where disaster struck, Eleanor noticed something. Playing the video again made her more suspicious. Determined to get to the root of it, Eleanor plugged her phone into her computer and put the video into some software she had.

She then slowed down the video and raised the pitch right when the drone sounded out through the area. Pretty soon she'd figured it out. Although there was still a lot of background noise, it was unmistakable. The droning noise was actually an extremely slowed down voice saying "My name is Legion for we are many"
