Sam felt dizzy. Opening his eyes, revealed a blurry landscape with a dark musty smell. He tried to stand up, only to find that he'd been strapped down to a cold metal chair.

"Hello?" Sam managed to call out although his throat was very dry "Is anybody here?"

As his vision began to adjust, Sam realised that he was in a sort of padded cell with no windows.

Before Sam could think it over, a door in front of him unlocked and opened up to reveal the familar image of Mr Scanlon.

"Mr Scanlon!" Sam exclaimed "What's going on? Where am I?"

Mr Scanlon however ignored him and walked over with a sorry look on his face. He tut-tutted

"Dear oh dear Mr Hopkins. To think that you showed such promise as a young man"
Sam frowned "What are you talking about? What is this place?"

Mr Scanlon ignored him "I really had hoped it wouldn't come to this." he sighed "But running off from the camp and joining up with those L.S.E.I. trouble makers... I guess there really was no other solution"
Now Sam was beginning to get scared "What solutions?" he asked "Where are my parents"
Mr Scanlon laughed a rather sinister laugh "Your parents? Why they've been executed you little shit!"
"No!" Sam yelled "You're kidding...!"
"Oh no!" Mr Scanlon looked at Sam with an evil look of glee "After seeing their son turn out to be a naughty unpatriotic traitor to the state, they got exactly what they deserved! And it's all because of you!"

Sam felt a lump in his throat. He tried to speak, but just couldn't seem to find the words. Finally he managed to sob "Why..."
Mr Scanlon scowled "But that's neither here nor there. In a few days you won't even care about them! You'll be a good white patriot fully supportive of the glorious cause of the W.E.R.!"

Sam spat "You mean an unthinking mindless drone! Fuck you!"
This seemed to make Mr Scanlon very angry.

"Don't you take that tone with me young man! You're only alive now because I intervened.!
Sam went silent. Mr Scanlon laughed

"Oh yes! They originally wanted you executed along with your parents! I stepped in though and by the grace of god, I managed to convice them that you could be salvaged somehow!"
"Well you're wasting your fucking time!" Sam yelled back "I'll never give in to your fucking W.E.R. I've seen you all for what you really are and I'll die before I go back!"
Mr Scanlon laughed again "My boy, don't you realise where you are? You're in the correction centre of course!"
Sam went pale. He'd heard the tales about the correction centre. It was often seen as the last resort for serious lawbreakers. Nobody who ever went inside ever came out the same. Sam wanted to say something back to Mr Scanlon, but he couldn't find anything to say. Scanlon leaned in close

"Not so brave now are you? Well don't worry. This is only the beginning!"
As soon as Mr Scanlon finished speaking, two guards entered the room and grabbed the chair Sam was restrained in. Mr Scanlon laughed again

"Now come along! We've got a film to show you!"

Sam was wheeled through the corridors of the centre until they arrived at a room. The two guards brought him inside with Mr Scanlon following. In the room was a huge TV screen, bigger than anything Sam had seen before. Sam's chair was wheeled into the centre of the room and locked into place. The two guards then brought over a pair of metal pryers which were promptly attached to Sam's eyes, essentially preventing him from closing them. Then a gag was forced into Sam's mouth. When this was finished, Mr Scanlon spoke

"Comfy? We're just going to show you a film of the old world, the one that you and your precious traitors are so intent on preserving!"

Immediately, the screen switched on revealing a man with a Jewish beard and clothes. Evilly he rubbed his hands together
