Sin stared at the scene that unfolded before him and thanks to the fire that burned brightly in the street, he had no issues with seeing what was transpiring. What he saw both mortified him as well as caused a furious rage to build within him.

Within the street that should by no means be housing a fire considering the closeness of the buildings that were around them; were a group of individuals that were shrouded in pure white clothing. Even though Sin wished to see their faces so he could get vengeance for the atrocities that they have committed this day; he was unable to do this because of the cowl and mask that each of the individuals wore.

Besides this, there was something else that Sin had noticed. Within the fire that burned within the street were two bodies that had been burnt beyond recognition though from the height of the individuals, Sin had to believe that they were children.

Currently, two of the strangers were forcing another being closer to the flames that were vying for his flesh. Knowing if he continued to just stand there, this being would be killed; Sin decided that it was time to act. "Inari, are you ready to see if all our practice will pay off?" Sin inquired of the Kitsune as he started muttering the words that he would need for the spell he had been practicing on mastering for months.

Even though he heard no voiced approval from his Familiar, he felt Inari's presence within his mind which told him that his Fae approved of the question that he had asked. Concentrating on the creature that had once again crawled upon his shoulder, Sin started to transfer some of the creature element into him. Remembering the warning that Sylris had informed him about when he had first mentioned Transference to the Mage, Sin carefully siphoned the element from Inari's body to ensure that he didn't take too much and end up ending his Familiar's life.

When an icy sensation spread throughout his body, Sin knew that he had taken the perfect amount of elemental energy from his Familiar. Now that his spell had been complete, Sin focused upon those that he now viewed as his enemies and as he did so; the coloring of his eyes flickered to a deep bright white. "If I, were you, then I would take a step away from him!" Sin snarled and as Sin spoke, he felt a coldness slip from his hand and into the world around him.

As his voiced bounced off the walls of the nearby buildings, those who were attempting to end the life of the being before him; turned to face him and though he couldn't see it, Sin knew that they were startled by his catching them in the act. While he was able to get the two who held the being hostage to bring him away from the fire, they didn't release their hold on him.

One figure out of the group, stepped forward and as they did so, they placed their hand upon the hilt of their sword. "Who are you and why would you care what we do to some filthy half-breed?" the figure snarled out and though Sin was hoping to be able to infer what gender the individual was based off the sound of their voice; he was unable to do this considering the mask acted as a barrier.

This was all Sin needed to hear to know that he had made the right decision in intervening with the attack. Stepping forward so he could reveal his own nature to those who thought his kind were nothing but a disease that they had to burn from this world; once he was standing closer to the fire, Sin roared at those that stood between him and the half-breed that he was trying to save.

The moment that the light fell upon Sin's tusks, the sound of metal scraping on metal echoed throughout the area as his enemies unsheathed their weapons. "Kill him!" the figure that had stepped forward cried out which sent three of the hooded individuals sprinting towards him.

Considering that during this time, Sin had been forcing the ice that he called out into his hand into a weapon of his own; he was fully prepared to defend his life as well as the life of the captive being.
