Sin along with his Fae came soaring through the portal and into Everia and considering that the classroom that they were within wasn't large enough for the Griffin to soar around completely; the Fae had to land rather quickly once they passed through the portal. Upon landing, Sin watched as Sylris immediately cut off the mana that he was feeding to the portal which could have been something he would have normally done though considering the last time that Sin had came through the portal they were attacked by a Hellhound; Sin assumed that this action was caused most likely because of this.

Sliding from his Griffin's back, Sin landed upon the ground and the moment he did so; Inari sprang from his arms to place its paws back upon the ground once more. Chuckling at the action of his Kitsune, Sin turned his attention towards his instructor who was making his way towards him.

"I was starting to grow worried that something happened to you..." Sylris called out as he stopped in front of his student though his voice quickly echoed around them once more just as quickly as it had faded away. "...though I am quite thankful to see you make your way back to us safely and with a Griffin in tow. Have you already thought of a name for it?"

This question was one that Sin had been asking himself throughout the entire journey to the portal and while he had thought of plenty of names that would suit the avian Fae, he eventually decided that one specific name would be the best fit though he still wanted his Griffin to agree with it before settling on the name. "I was thinking that his name would be Soren. What do you think of that?" Sin responded to his instructor's question while asking one of his own to the Griffin that stood next to him.

An echo was felt in the presence that connected him to the Griffin and while he wasn't entirely sure if the Fae was agreeing with the name, he felt that this was what was happening. "Then it is agreed. Your name will be Soren from now on." Sin muttered out as he placed his hand upon the head of his Griffin.

To help make the moment more affectionate, Soren moved forward which knocked Sin's hand off him and while at first Sin thought that this was the Griffin's way of informing him that he didn't approve of the name he soon found out that all Soren was wanting to do was share an affectionate moment with him and as Soren's head was placed upon his forehead; Sin felt that his choice in bonding with this creature was the right one.

While no one wanted to interrupt the moment between the Fae and his Summoner, least of all Sylris; for Sin to be rewarded for his work in class today, this was what had to happen. A cough echoed around them which pulled Sin away from the moment that he was sharing with his Familiar and as he turned to face the direction that the noise was coming from which allowed him to see that Sylris seemed as if was uncomfortable.

When the instructor noticed that Sin was looking towards him, his voice broke out around them once again. "If you would do me the honor, I would like to reward you for the hard work that you have been putting in on your studies." Sylris informed his pupil.

Not wanting to miss out on receiving the reward that would mark another achievement under his belt, Sin rushed forward so he could stand closer to his teacher. The moment that Sin did this, Sin pulled something from out of his pocket and placed his hand upon the cuff that Sin wore on his wrist. "I witnessed how efficient you were in the Transference spell during the battle as well as the altercation within the Grand Magus's office. Since this is the first opportunity that I had to present you with this achievement, I hereby now acknowledge you as a Summoner who has started down the path of truly mastering the Art of Transference." Sylris called out as he allowed his mana to slip from his body.

The mana swirled around his cuff for a few moments before it was pulled back into Sylris's body. Pulling his hand away from the cuff, Sylris revealed that a new marking had been placed upon his pupil's cuff.

While Sin wished to examine his new marking his was unable to because of how Sylris immediately placed his hand upon Sin's pendant. Once again mana swirled around them and like normal, this process didn't take exceptionally long which allowed Sin to see what his instructor had done to his pendant.

The once silver pendant that hung from his neck had now been altered and though Sin wasn't sure what the gold sheen meant; he knew that it must be another way for others to recognize his achievement in his discipline.

"With the bonding of your second Familiar, I hereby recognize you as a Summoner who has great potential and with this alteration, I made to the pendants enchantment; others will see this potential as well." Sylris explained to the young Summoner before him.

Sin wished to thank his instructor for the markings that he had just received though due to a loud noise echoing throughout the classroom, he was unable to do this considering how everyone's attention went soaring towards the direction that the noise was coming from. As his eyes landed on the area, he watched as a figure stormed through the entrance of the building that the Dark Mages trained in and though he couldn't see the features of this figure right away; as they grew nearer to where he stood, Sin was able to recognize them as the half-breed that he and his companions rescued the night before.

From the speed that was behind this male's each step, Sin knew that he would arrive upon them with no issues. Moments later, his initial assumption was proved right and as the male was hunched over trying to catch his breath; Sin noticed that there was a parchment clutched within his hand.

"Mr. Lunar what is the reason behind this interruption of my class?" Sylris called out with a little hint of annoyance in his voice.

Even though Sin knew that his instructor had no issues with beings that were mixed from two different races; he still didn't appreciate the tone that Sylris was using when speaking to the younger half-breed and as such he decided that he would be the one to deal with the interruption that the other male had caused.

Stepping forward to block Sylris's from laying eyes upon the other male, Sin called out to the other half-breed though his voice was filled with much more compassion than the elven Mage had.

"Sandrin. Can you tell us why you have rushed in here?" Sin inquired of the other male and while he had asked him a question, he also had something else to say which is why his voice continued past this. "Storming into any area that a Mage is practicing spells in, is an extremely dangerous thing to do which could have resulted in harm or even death befalling you."

Hoping that his warning would sink into the other Sandrin's mind considering that he didn't wish to see the younger male's demise; Sin waited for him to respond to what he as well as Sylris had asked of him.

Thankfully, Sin as well as his instructor didn't have to wait long before Sandrin's voice fluttered out towards them. "I was helping Miss. Ranam in the library when I found a group of students making these and from the looks of it, they don't appreciate either of us within their Academy." Sandrin informed Sin as he held out the parchment that he had clutched in his hands.

Wondering what could be placed upon the parchment that worried Sandrin so much, Sin quickly took the parchment from the younger male and upon gazing at the parchment; Sin could feel his blood boil once more. Upon the parchment, it looked as if someone had tried to copy his image upon it though instead of making him out as someone who looks just like everyone else; they made it appear as if he was some demonic being. Written just under the image, were the words, Beware! Monsters are living among us.

Crumbling the image within his closed fist, Sin dropped the horrid parchment upon the ground before snatching ahold of Sandrin's wrist and dragging him towards the exit.

With their Summoner leaving the area, both Soren and Inari followed the residing figures of the two half-breeds.
