My eyes fluttered open to a sun filled room and a note. I smiled hoping that it would be from her.

I'm glad to hear your decision last night however I'd like you to still think on it a bit. You're agreeing to going on missions with the team and back to living under the radar in some ways, but I promise this is the life you were born to have.

Meet me in my room when you wake up.

I smiled and made my way over to the room she showed me as hers last night. "Hey Yelena." Anna popped up next to me bubbly and awake.

"Good morning." I gave her a small smile as I walked towards Blaze's room.

"Going to B's room?"

"How did you know?" I turned to look at her and she shrugged. "Just a hunch I suppose. Goodluck."

"Thanks..." Anna opened Eva's door and dissapeared. I was told Eva has a soft spot for her.

I stopped outside of Blaze's door for a moment to gather myself before knocking. I adjusted my shorts and tucked a few hairs behind my ear waiting for the door to open. "Yelena, just open it."

I quirked my head confused how she knew it was me. I didn't say anything. I opened the door slowly and across the room there she stood. A shirt in hand and shorts on. "I could have waited."

"I'm sorry. I'll put a shirt on I wasn't aware you'd be uncomfortable." She quickly pulled the shirt over her head and turned to me with a smile.

"Did you sleep alright?"

"I slept amazing actually. Also you're good I just didn't mean to walk in on you. How did you know it was me at the door?"

"Nobody else knocks. We all change in front of eachother. I suppose you'll get use to that if you stay." She smiled and sat down on her bed.

"Why wouldn't I? Once I make this decision am I here forever?" I looked at her confused on why she acts like this is such a large commitment.

"Yelena, it's just a decision I don't want to rush you. It's not often that you would have freedom. You have that now, but I do feel like being on this team would strip you of part of that. You can leave whenever you want. I'd be much more fond of you if you stay."

"I want to stay." I told her holding onto the cross necklace that she placed around my neck last night.

"That necklace was important to me, but as soon as I met you it didn't feel right knowing that I had it and not you." She stood up and walked up to me. She gently placed her hand on my chest and smiled at the necklace.

There it was. That odd sensation of electricity running through my body. My hair on my arms shooting up. I looked up at her eyes then back down at her hand.

"I always felt like I had some sort of protection around me as long as the chain was around my neck. Nat would have wanted you to feel it too."

"I wish she was still here every day." I sighed and she took a step away turning her back to me. "Don't we all? I miss her too."

She turned silent looking away from me moving her right foot back and forth across the floor. "Are you sure you want this? You could finally go live a completely normal life, but the one lead of something like the widows and you jump towards us to be back in the game."

"That's all I've ever known. I don't want to change it. That's the life that I'm here to live."

"So be it." She turned around with a stern look. She stood there for a few seconds looking behind my shoulder. "Yelena, I'll catch up with you later."

I turned around and spotted Octavia, the one Hannah warned me about, staring me down from behind. Her eyes looking deep into me.

"Alright." I left her room and froze. What do I do now? I began walking down the hall when I saw Eva and Anna. "Have you eaten?"

"Umm no I just woke up-."

"Come on." Anna grabbed my arm and pulled me towards the other way.

"We're gonna make you breakfast! Look we gotta welcome you some way!" Anna said eagerly.

"I'm glad you chose to stay." Eva smiled and followed her eager friend. "Everyone will warm up to you, I promise. Some take more time then others, but its no big deal don't worry about it."

Eva was much friendlier this go around. Maybe they were all really chill. Blaze keeps calling this a team, but it really seems like a family. She says it gives up a sense of freedom, but I'm convinced she means individuality.

"So what have you and B talked about?"

"Joining the team, my decision and umm Nat..."

"She really admired her. B will never admire someone as much as she did Nat."

"Did you meet her?" I looked at them confused. They all spoke so found of Nat as if they really knew her.

"A few times. Here and there when she came to visit B lately, but I honestly barely needed to talk to her to know." I smiled. Natasha was amazing. She took something terrible and turned it good. She's the assassin that saved the world.

"I'm really sorry Yelena. Losing her was tough on all of us, but I know you didn't have much time with her. We all wish she was still here every day." Eva exchanged a look with Anna and frowned.

"Its alright."

"B...she gave you the necklace?" Eva looked to Anna thoroughly confused. "Its just she was extremely possesive of that necklace. It was special to her."

"So I've been told. My sister gave it to her. She said she felt like it belonged with me." They exchanged looks and a small giggle.

"What?" I looked at them confused and tried to hide my blush. "It's cute. B doesn't get very sentimental often seems like she might have a soft spot for you."

I sat there confused as they continued to make food. They had so much energy and life to them. It was so different from what I saw the first day. Everyone was so serious and emotionless. They were soldiers. All I see in front of me was two happy teen girls, but now all I could think about is why Blaze would have a soft spot for me.
