Six months later
July 21st
Bucky slipped on his tux jacket, Sam dusted off the back.
"Thanks Sam." He said
"You good?" Brandon said as he came in.
"Yeah" he said as he took a breathe.
Brandon looked at the guys and nodded for them to go.
"This is happening finally James." Brandon said as he re did his brother's bow tie.
"I know. It still doesnt feel real. Every day I wake up and see her laying beside me." He said
"Shes a better dream than the NFL little brother. We were all shocked by the news eight years ago but now here we are." Brandon said
"Yeah.." Bucky said
It was finally time for the wedding to start. Natasha was Joey's matron of honor since she and Stwve got married. Brandon was the best man for Bucky.
When Declan began to walk her down the aisle, Bucky had tears streaming down his face. Happy tears and tears at seeing her looking so beautiful as a bride.
"James, we are finally here. Our wedding day it may have taken us awhile to get here. But a friens once told me that sometimes things have to fall apart in order to see how much they really need each other. That friend was Natasha, I have always believed that we were meant to be together. And from this day on James I will love you, support you care for you and be the wife and partner you need me to be for you. I love you for who you are on the inside as well as the outside. I cant wait to start our next chapter together I love you."
"Joelle, my Joey. You came into my world and changed the game. You became the dream that I never wanted but in return became the one thing that I couldnt be without. Even when I had football and living my NFL dream. I felt nothing because I didnt have you with me. I love you Joelle from our first kiss I knew I was in trouble I knew I was falling and I didnt care. I cant wait to spend foever with you. Build our family and have you next to me for always."
They sealed their ceremony with a kiss as everyone got pictures, clapped and cheered. When they got to the reception. Their first dance was to "Heaven" by Kane Brown.
Joey danced with her dad to "You'll Always Be My Baby" by Alan Jackson
And Bucky danced with Winnie to "Mother" by Sugarland
