It had been 5 months since little Jae-eun joined the family. "Should I really go?" Chanyeol whined into his husband's shoulder while the other laughed. "Stop acting like a big baby, what if Jae becomes like you?"

"If Jae becomes like me, he would love you so much," replied the elder with a cheesy line and bit his husband's ear. Chanyeol had been allowed to take some time off but it was over meaning he had to return to work leaving Baekhyun and Jae-eun at home. 

Chanyeol turned to their little son who was on his highchair with patches of baby food covering his face and hair, "You want Daddy to stay with you, right Jae?" The little boy giggled as he reached his hand and touched the elder's cheek. 

Baekhyun laughed out seeing the orange patch on his husband's face, "This is why I told you to get moving, Yeol." The raven head stuck out his tongue before going to wash his face. Baekhyun's brown locks had food smeared on them too but he was yet to take a shower and decided to do it later. 

"I'll be back soon, my loves," said the elder and leaned down to kiss their little son who giggled happily, "Wish I was that excited to work." Chanyeol then pecked the burnet's lips, "Bye, love."

"Come back soon."

"Can you handle him alone? May--" Baekhyun pulled the elder by his tie before crashing their lips together, "Get moving and maybe we could have some fun tonight," He winked at his husband. 

Chanyeol stood there flustered as his husband patted his cheeks, "Mom is coming over later, so don't worry about us so much and do your work properly!"

The raven head nodded with a grin before jogging over to his car and taking off. 

Everything was as usual in the office. Nothing had changed during the time he had taken time off work, the same old meetings and the same people. A sigh left his lips as he stared at the frame on his desk.

The picture Kyungsoo had clicked at the hospital when Jae-eun was just born. "Mr. Park," he heard his assistant's voice. The raven head sat up before telling her to come in, "You have a meeting with the Lee's and after that, with the Wu's"

"Wu's?"

"Wu Yifan, Sir."

Chanyeol rolled his eyes, "Of course, I know Yifan. But I don't remember having a meeting with him." The elder narrowed his brows and shook his head, "Never mind. When is the meeting with the Lee's?"

After an exhausting meeting with the Lee's, Chanyeol slumped on his chair sighing with his eyes closed. Just then his phone rang disturbing the silence. Seeing the contact, Chanyeol sat up with a grin on his face, 

"Hey, baby."

'I can literally hear how bored you are.'

"I just finished a meeting, I'm allowed to be bored, Baek. What are my loves doing?"

'Well, we just woke up from a nap and I showered twice since Jae threw up on me.'

"Threw up? Is he sick?"

'A little, I gave him medicines. He threw a tantrum at first but fell asleep again.'

"Do you want me t--"

'Nope, you stay there and come back when you're allowed to. I'm a doctor if you don't remember, I can take care of him just fine, Yeol.'

"I'm the boss, I'm allowed to leave whenever I want, you know?"

'I think he's waking up. Have fun, Yeol.'

"Alright, take care, you two. Bye, love."

Ending the call, Chanyeol threw his head back with a sigh. As much as he wanted to go home, he knew he could not until all the files on his desk were done. A knock had him averting his eyes from the files to the door.
