Return of a Writer - A Note

This is a not-so-quick-quick note to new and old readers: 

Hello, I just wanted to thank you all for coming this far and having patience for this long. I'm sure many of my original readers are long gone, but to those that are at this point, reading this note, thank you. All your kind words of encouragement and your excitement for my story continues to inspire me, even during my absence on this site. Its unbelievable how long ago I came up with an idea to create a miraculous au simply because there wasn't any story like this at the time. I think by now we have more pirate aus for miraculous, which makes me very happy. 

So much has changed in the world of miraculous, and in my own world. Yes, I have been keeping up with miraculous, I'm trying to stick with the correct order of season 4 because I would like to follow the story chronologically rather than watching as each new episode is released. But I am loving this new season, there is much that I can relate to now, I love that it is not too dark, but it is much less childish in the sense that there is less pattern and more plot. 

Nothing interesting comes from patterns. But patterns are consistent, which make them comforting. Sometimes I miss how the show used to be, but I do love this change and am completely supportive of the creators and their decision to turn the plot into this new and more mature direction.

As for me, my life has changed so much since the first chapter I wrote for this story. Its been roughly 5 years, I'm in a new stage of my life. I made so many new relationships, and also ended others. But all of this is ok with me. Gaining and losing has helped me understand what my boundaries are, things I am passionate about, and what kind of person I want to be for others. 

There is so much more I have to say, my friends. I hope you all are safe and thriving. I love you all very much.
