Mick x Ray | Haircut

Notes: In this fic Zari didn't forgive Charlie and Constantine for going back in time and saving Desmond.

Sara, Ray, Ava and Nate were having breakfast in the kitchen of the Waverider, and by now everybody knew that AtomWave is Nate's OTP.

"You definitely have to ask him out." Said Nate.

"I don't think that's such a good idea." Said Ray.

"Why not?" Asked Ava.

"Maybe because I pranked him." Said Ray.

"YOU WHAT?!" Said Sara, Ava, Nate and Charlie who had just walked into the room.

"Charlie, how do you even know what were talking about?" Asked Ray.

"Well let's see, you were talking about you and Mick, and about why you didn't want to ask him out." Said Charlie. Ray just stared at her.

"What?" Said Charlie.

"How do you know that? Were you spying on us?" Asked Sara.

"Maybe..." Said Charlie, the other Legends just groaned.

"Do I... We even want to know why?" Said Ava.

"Why what?" Said Zari walking into the room.

"Why Charlie was spying on us." Said Nate and Ray at the same time.

"Oh that's just her deal. She's a shape shifter. Her whole deal is tricking people, and she knows no boudaries." Said Zari.

"Z... When are you going to forgive me?" Asked Charlie looking at Zari with a sad look.

"When you realize that your actions could affect other people." Said Zari angrily leaving the room. Charlie let out a sight and looked at her cup.

"She's not wrong. But give her time she'll forgive you eventually." Said Ava simpathetically.

"That's all I've been giving her and she still hasn't forgiven me." Charlie said leaving the room as well.

"Well, back to me pranking Mick." Said Ray turning back to the Legends sitting on the table.

"What the hell happened to my head?" Mick said walking in the room. Sara, Nate and Ava gasped.

"I had Gideon stimulate your hair follicles to grow your hair overnight." Said Ray with a smirk. Sara looked at him proudly.

"Why?" Said Mick.

"Well, Mickey because you are always calling me haircut and I decided it was time for you to get one of your own." Said Ray.

"I'm gonna cut it." Said Mick.

"No, you're not, because if you do I'll have Gideon grow it again. Isn't that right Gideon?" Said Ray.

"Yes it is Mr. Palmer." Said the A.I.

"Fine." Said Mick leaving the room.

"Up top" Said Nate raising his hand, and Ray highfived him.

Ray left and went to Mick's room and knocked.

"I'm busy." Said Mick not fully opening the doors.

"Look I know that it can be hard dealing with something new, so I thought I would help you with your hair, since I caused it." Said Ray looking at Mick hopefully.

"You wanna help me with my hair?" Asked Mick.

"Mhm" Said Ray.

"Look haircut, it may sound surprising to you, but I had hair once before. I'm pretty sure I can manage with it again." Said Mick closing the door.

When Ray was leaving he heard the door open again.

"But if you're really up for it, I could live with that, I guess." Said Mick with a slight blush.

"Yeah I'm up for it if you are." Said Ray surprised that Mick actually considered his offer.

Mick motioned for him to come in, which he did, and wasn't much surprised with the mess since it was Mick.

Ray did him a haircut and it didn't turn out really bad.

"Listen haircut, you're intolerable and uninteresting and I can't stand you most of the time. But when I can it's hard to understand how I could ever not like you." Said Mick catching Ray by surprise.

"Mick, what are you trying to say?" Asked Ray curious and scared at the same time.

"I guess what I'm trying to say is that I like you, Ray" Said Mick. What none of them knew was that basically all of the Legends were outside listening to the whole conversation.

"Well Mick I guess that now is my turn to talk. So, the reason why I offered to help you get a haircut was actually because I wanted to spend more time with you. When we met on that roof I thought that Rip was crazy for recruiting a criminal, but as time went on I realized that there's a part of you that is very human and passionate. I guess what I'm trying to say is I like you too." Ray said.

When Ray stopped talking Mick pulled him by his shirt and kissed him roughly. The team out couldn't stop cheering. Once they heard footsteps come to the door they ran away and went back to their lives. Ray opened the door and since no one was there he went back inside to his boyfriend.

"About that haircut..." Mick but soon was interrupted.

"You can get rid of it if you want, you don't have to do it for me." Ray said.

"No, I want to keep it." Mick said.

"Okay. I love you Mick." And those were the last words they said for the night.

Hi! So I usually choose who my parings are by an app on my cellphone that is a spinning wheel, and it was supposed to be Ava and Mona, but it ended up by being AtomWave. So I was wondering if you still want me to do a story with the original paring (Ava and Mona), if yes with what plot, or I could just invent one myself.
