Maya looked at her wife. ''You will get trough this Maya. You are strong.'' Carina said. Maya smiled. 'I. Feel bad for Andy. I was the one who let her choose between her husband and her best friend. She hasn't decided yet. But. I was the crappy friend. I hooked up with Jack. I stole her captain position. She lost her father. Her best friend. And I was thinking about myself. This year we where making things good. I finally thought we where good and then happened this. And I know I was the one who makes the call and that it has consequences but I let her choose sides between me and her husband.'' Maya said. Carina looked at her. ''She will choose the right thing. Just accept her choice. You two will get trough this.'' Carina said. Maya stepped out bed. ''I'm hungry.'' She said. Carina looked at her. ''I will making some French toast. You will love it.'' She said. Maya smiles. ''I love you.'' She said.
Maya changed her in clothes and looked at Carina. ''I'm going for a run.'' She said. Carina nods and Maya leaves the house. She was running when she decided to call Andy.
''This is Andy Herrera. Please leave a message.'' Andy's voice said. Maya sighed. ''Hey, its me. Maya. I hope you will hear this message and don't delete it. But I wanted to say that I miss you. You was my best friend. I hope you choose the right thing what for you feels good. And I have to accept your choice. Can you please call me back. I need you.'' She said. ''I love you Andy. You are my best friend. I miss you.'' She said. She end the call and put her phone back. Not knowing this was maybe the last time she spoke to her. She finished her run and went home.
''What are we going to do today. There are still COVID rules so we can't do everything what people do on a honeymoon.'' Carina said. Maya looked at her. ''Let's have some great time together. We can use some time with each other. No things about work. No drama just us.' Maya suggest. Carina nods. ''That would be great.'' She said.
