For the longest time I've wanted to know what the beach looks like. Even though we fight crime practically everywhere, we have nebver seen it.

I wanna see it before I decide to ask Five to move in with me.

The morning after sucked, and Fives tattoo turned out the worst. I eventually just gave him a small blob on his ankle. Its kinda cute.

"Tell me why I go through with your crazy plans." Five says leaning his aching head on my shoulder while we drive to the beach.

"Because you love me, like some idiot." I jokingly say, and he gives a small breathy laugh that ends with him kissing my bare shoulder just below where my tank top ends.

I am really gonna miss this time we all spend together.

Finally we make it. Luther parks and the only thing on my mind is the cool air and winds near the water.

Jumping out of the car I run to the edge of the water and feel the cold water on my feet. Its cloudly outside, and it feels just right.

This is better than I imagined.

The rest of my siblings come running after me and we all enjoy the empty space of the beach with the sand between our toes.

Its beautiful.

Luther takes out his small radio and starts playing music.

We all dance together. Klaus Vanya, Ben and I running around in circles while the rest of them enjoy the beautiful day, and the taste of freedom.

Five grabs me and pulls me towards him, slow dancing with me.

The smell of his cologne fills my lungs and my chin rests on his shoulder.

He lets out a small satisfied sigh as we enjoy this moment.

Nothing can beat this moment, except doing something crazy and elaborate, but at this very moment I am fulfilled even if it doesn't last forever...

The drive home was fun, but we were all bummed out to continue training our asses off while dad watches us burn ourselves out.

"A true hero is always prepare for the unexpected."

None of us were ready to see what would later on crush this family.

What was left of our happiness in this godforsaken place.

Sadly that was the glue that held us together.

Dad continuously was oblivious to everything we had hidden. and observed our addictions, and life choices that we made from the outside of a glass box.

I would later come to realize he knew all along.

We were destined for much greater things bigger than ourselves, much more painful than we expect.

Sincerely,

Eight...
