~6 A.M~
I woke up this morning at six and went for the comfortable look, I wore a grey and pink sweat suit because it's early as fuck and I don't feel like doing shit this morning. I went to the bathroom to do my morning things, and check my make-up seeing that it was still somewhat decent. I went downstairs to take an Advil and pack a few in my bag because I know I'm gonna need them. I put my glasses on as my phone started ringing, I looked at the clock and saw that it was only six-thirty, I picked up my phone and Dustin's voice rang through my ears.
"Hey are you up?"
"Yeah I got up at six, why are you calling me now?"
"Because I'm here."
"Alright well you're early so give me a minute to put on my shoes."
"Alright, see you in a few."
"Yep."
I hung up pulling on my converse, grabbing my bag along with my phone walking out of the house. I locked the door and walked out to Dustin's car, I hopped in the passenger seat, setting my bag on the floor. I put on my seat belt and we began the drive going god knows where, I do know one thing I'm not gonna let him pay for me. I have money and I don't like to take or use other people's money, that's just not who I am, we pulled up to this little café and a rush of memories came flooding to me. I used to come here with my dad, I haven't been here since the night of the incident, I never thought I would ever come back, my face fell and I looked down before looking at Dustin.
"I don't want to sound rude or anything but can we please go somewhere else?"
He looked at me.
"Is everything alright?"
I shook my head and he looked at me with worry written all over his face.
"Erica, you can tell me, what's wrong? maybe I can help."
I shook my head and looked at him.
"There's no way you or anyone else can help me with this Dustin, please just take me somewhere else."
"No, tell me what's going on?"
"The last fucking time I was here was with my dad the day he died right in front of my eyes so drive the fucking car Dustin."
He put the car in reverse and we drove to a scooters, we sat in silence until I broke the uncomfortable silence that was between us.
"Please say something."
My voice sounded small and broken.
"What is there to say? I thought you trusted me enough to talk to me, hell you told me the whole story about your past. Why you are the way you are, why is this any different?"
"I trusted you with the reason why I'm like this because of the deal, because that was impertinent to the deal. Information on my father wasn't, you should've just listened to me instead of arguing with me. Don't make me out to be the bad guy when your the one who asked way to many fucking questions. Either way it's time to go we have school and I have to get my car, if you wanna come over after school you can. Maybe I'll tell you everything that happened at the other café but for now just let it go alright?"
He nodded his head standing from his seat with me, we walked out of the café and to the car, I climbed into the passenger seat and him in the driver seat. We soon pulled into the school parking lot and he parked next to my car, I went to get out of the car but felt a light hand on my wrist. I looked to see Dustin's hand on my wrist, I felt the weird sparks again and a shiver ran up my spine.
