i had actually gotten up when i got the notification that toby was live. i watched it until luke came into frame and chat went hay-wire until i decided that - for a bit - i'd make a playlist named 'ranboo in uk </3' and put a bunch of sad songs on it and then post it on my twitter.
our communities knew how close we were, so telling them that i wasn't in uk would be funny. i went onto my spotify and started the playlist.
i added 'your city gave me asthma' , 'sad' by bo burnham, 'youth' by daughter and 'falling' by harry styles. i copied the link and then pasted it onto my twitter.

people instantly started seeing it and replied to me saying that i'd be okay, that i'd get through it and that i should go to the uk for a bit.

but little did they know that toby, tom and i were already planning something.

toby and tom knew about luke and i and how our anniversary was in the middle of luke's visit. toby felt bad and wanted to make it up to us. he arranged that i was to go to the uk for about two weeks so we could spend our one year together. they then also found out that my birthday was a week after and that i'd be spending it there too. they promised me that luke would know nothing about this and that i could surprise him for that day.

i went to my kitchen, said hi to my dad and made myself a couple of crepes from a batter i had made the day before. i went back upstairs because luke was meant to be streaming soon and i wanted to see him in my hoodie.
to waste some time i planned some streams that i wanted to do in the future, looked at amazon to look for gifts for luke and looked at smaller streaming accounts and interacted with them.
eventually i saw luke's stream notification and instantly clicked it to watch him. it took a minute to load and then i saw him on the right and toby on the left.

i took a screenshot and sent him a message on discord

i audibly laughed and continued to watch the stream. i watched the whole thing until i realised that it was 11pm and that i had to get up to stream with niki because we were going to beat mine craft in hardcore to continue her series.
i messaged luke goodnight and then just went to bed.
