Josephine

For the past few days my brothers have been going in and out of my hospital monitoring me. They said they allowed Spencer to visit but I haven't seen him once.

Keith had just left to get me lunch while I was reading on stars and space.
My eyes were stuck on the book while I heard the door slowly open.
"Back already?" I chuckled and looked up.

Spencer

Her face froze in shock as she pulled her hair behind her ear.
She looked so thin, pale, and weak "Have..." I hesitated and spoke softly. "have you been eating-?"
I gasped when I felt a tight grip around my body. I peered down and saw Josephine hugging me tightly and standing on both her casted legs.
"You can't be standing!" I panicked "You're still healing!" I lifted her into bed.
"I'm just happy you're safe." She smiled brightly as I pulled the armchair closer to the bed.
"You don't hate me?" I scratched the back of my neck.
She sighed and leaned back on her arms. "Not really." I looked at her with confusion. "I know you, Spencer. You wouldn't do things like that for your own enjoyment or if it was your life style. My brothers may not think so but they're boys; they're kinda dumb."
"Ouch." I scoffed.
She chuckled "I'm kidding. They just hold grudges more than me." She sighed and sat back forward "This doesn't mean I'm still on edge about you."
"I understand." I leaned over my knees and looked at the floor.
"I have rage in me Spencer..." she said with an odd and serious tone. "You did betray not only me but our team. I can't control what the others feel and I feel like I'm having a hard time controlling mine. But I meant what I said. What you did wasn't really you but you had a choice to do it. And I'm not so happy with that choice."
I didn't reply.
The door opened and Nova entered in. "Time for your meds, Jo." She smiled.
Jo's dead look became a beautiful bright facial expression. "Did you bring me my pudding?"
"I got two cups." Nova opened one and set it in her hands.
"Thanks!" She cheered and began to chow down.
"Now slow down, kid." Nova chuckled. "You might choke."

Anthony

I followed my brothers into our sister's hospital room with a bag of food.
Peter, Keith and Chris stood in the room staring at at a corner.
I slowly made my way in ahead of them and saw Spencer standing next to the hospital bed in fear.
I didn't hesitate to set a shield barrier around Nova and Josephine.

Peter sped and held Spencer up against the wall by his shirt. In a flash a loud crash went off. I was thrown back and hit a wall in the hallway.
I opened my eyes and saw a huge hole in the wall leading outside. I ran into the room to see Nova and Josephine perfectly fine but my three brothers were no where to be seen.

Keith

"What the hell do you think you're doing?!" Peter held Spencer down in the end of a deep streak in the field.
"Do you really think you are even allowed to be in the same room as her?!" Chris yelled and powered up.
I hesitated and stood behind my older brothers.
Peter powered up and punched him in the face repeatedly.
"Stop!" I said and shivered. The sound of the impact was so loud both of them couldn't hear.
I powered up and shot my powers at Peter.
"I said Stop!" I yelled and Peter got off the grass. "We're all mad at him for what he did to Jo but we can't beat him up like that!"
Christopher and Peter stood, frozen. "What are you doing?!" Reese and Nova ran outside.

Chris peered down at Spencer and moved a finger towards him. Without hesitation I flew into him and threw him into the field making a crater.

He shook his head and opened his eyes that were glowing. He snarled and flew into me while I was floating in the air.

Peter

Spencer stood from the crater and brushed off the dirt from his clothes when I flew into him, making sure he can't escape my grasp.
He yelled and sent out a wave, throwing me back.

Anthony

Josephine groaned as she got off her hospital bed. "What are you doing?!" I freaked out.
"Finishing this." The casts around her legs began to glow lightly when she teleported away.
"Josephine!" I ran to the hole in the wall and I could see Josephine standing ahead of the two battles in the damaged field.

Josephine

"That's enough!" I sent out a severe wave that spread across the whole field.
I panted and looked on my brothers and Spencer with rage.
Suddenly, everything went blurry and I could feel the weight of my body go to my right side. My blurry slowly went black as I could see the world going sideways.

Nova

"Josephine!" I hollered and sprinted to her.
I rested her body on my lap and checked her. "She's burning up." I said.
Anthony teleported down and teleported us back into the hospital with Reese, leaving the boys behind.

I switched out the damp towel on Josephine's forehead while Anthony was sitting on the couch in the large hospital room, reading one of the books from the pile he brought for Jo days ago.
I've only allowed Anthony to see and watch over Josephine. Josephine's been spending the past few days just sleeping. While she was awake she did pardon Spencer but ordered that he have a ankle brace so the team can monitor him while she's in the hospital. It alarms if he uses his powers. All his conversations on devices are monitored but that was ordered by Peter.

Peter... he's protective over all his siblings but it's never gone to this level. Then Chris and Keith are kinda growing on the same habits. Anthony is protective but in an understandable level.
I trusted Anthony to watch his twin sister because I know that he'll think before he'll act. Those other three let their emotions get the best of them.
