Josephine

I was sleeping peacefully when I could see flashes and painful memories. Not my memories.
Flashes of death, pain, torture... it was like someone communicating with me.

Spencer

I was cuddling Jo's body while sleeping when I awoke to her breathing heavily and whimpering loudly. "Jo?" I groaned and sat myself up on my side.
She was tossing and turning as her body heat began to rise. I could see her fist clenched tightly and glowing softly. "Josephine?!" I shook her "Josephine!"
She gasped loudly and sat up. "Hey. Hey." I rested my hands on to to clam her. "Breathe."
She began to take calmer breaths and opened her tight fists on her lap. I peered down and saw her galra nails forming back to human. She whimpered and sniffled while looking at her bloody hands. "It's okay." I said reassuringly while powering up and healing the wounds.

I pulled back and sighed. Josephine began to break down into tears. "Hey." I turned to her as she sobbed and leaned on my shoulder. "I'm here." I cuddled her and scratched my fingers behind her ears.
She squeaked while in her semi galra state; got smaller and more human.

"What happened?!" Peter stormed in later in the early morning with Josephine's other brothers behind him.

"She still in a shocked state." I stood from the armchair while Josephine was laying on her side and staring outside the window.
Chris made his way to the window to face her.

Christopher is the most calm out of the five Kylevi siblings. Him and Anthony are the quiet ones but Chris actually likes to talk to people.

"Josephine?" I knelt down and rested my chin on the arm rest. She looked down in guilt. "Josephine."
She growled like a puppy and looked at an angle.
"Look at me." I ordered.
She looked up at me with tears in her eyes. "You're not in trouble. None of what happened was your fault. But we need to know what exactly happened."

"...Then I saw mom." She shuddered and sat with her knees to her chest.
"What happened to mom?" Tony asked with him, Keith and Peter sat in the couch with Spencer in the armchair and I was sat on the edge of the bed.
"Dad..." She teared up "he killed her. But he had to-to protect the universe but more importantly to protect us."

We all went silent. "Are you sure...that's what you saw?" Keith said in a rare serious tone. "Maybe you saw it wrong."
She shrugged "Dad...wouldn't do that. Right?"
"If there's documentation about mom being The Phoenix and all the other Phoenixs...there might be something about mom's death." Tony said.
"I'll go see." Peter said.
"We don't know where we can get that info." Jo added.
"I'll get to the file basement."

Peter

I panted as I teleported back into the hospital room with folders and books clenched in my arms tightly. "I found some stuff."

"Mom had a crystal merged into her in order to keep her powers." Chris said. "The AGC were nearly successful till the Atlas team saved mom. They had began to create power crystals with her power, intending to create more Phoenix. Only one whole was made which was put in mom's spine. The crystal began to feed off her energy which made mom ill and weak. On the day of her death three AGC agents posed and snuck into Atlas. They requested to see mom and dad but only activated the crystal in mom, making her go haywire. She lost all control. If it went on for too long she could destroy the planet. She ordered dad to take her life for our sake."
"When mom died, I was already born as the Phoenix though." Josephine said in confusion "Don't the previous Phoenixs loose their power once the new wielder is born?"
"Yes but, the crystal was wielding the power of the Phoenix. She still had the power but not the spirit." Spencer said. Josephine sat quietly and looked down at the information spread ahead of her. "You okay?"
"I think we have our next mission."

Reese

All of the Atlas team, Atlas elites and squad captains were joined in the superior meeting room on Josephine's orders.

"The AGC has been around since humans discovered that we weren't the only ones out there. The AGC mainly goes for anyone with a drop of galra blood in them. The group mainly consists of humans with the intentions of keeping humans the superior race." Josephine said while her and her brothers stood at the front of the room.
"Just recently us, the Kylevi siblings," Peter joined "have found out that the death of our mother is on their hands. So... on my sister's orders, it's time we put an end to the AGC."

"And how do you propose we do that?" Captain Hoover of the tech squad asked.
"The AGC has four leader families; two we've come across, Cleary and Queen. We know that they are all human on both crews the remaining we are not sure what family branch they are.
A theory we have of them leads from the Cleary and Queens. If they all have a major base just around the universe-"
"So might the other two." Jade added.
"Correct."
"How do we know it's only four leader groups?" A pilot commander asked.
"Danielle?" Peter said.
Danielle stood up from against the wall "I worked as a spy for Atlas for 5 years. I spent three years in the Queen base. I've collected lots information."
"So what's the plan?" Sage asked.

"We are going to take down each base. One by one." Josephine said with determination. "First...are the engines on the base still strong enough to go through space?"

Josephine

I was fixing on my leg braces when I knocked my hand on my nightstand.
I didn't think much of it till I saw my black crystal necklace fall. After fixing up my braces I picked up the jewelry when flashes came back to me but, not memories more like clues.
I saw a room down in the hall by the file basement. Labeled "Hall of the Phoenix".
I came back to reality to only realize what the spirit was ordering me to do.

I teleported and appeared in the hall I saw in that flash. I stood ahead of the locked door. I struggled to opened the thick metal door, even my powers didn't let it go through.
I groaned, about to give up when I saw a jagged shape on the wall by the door.
I peered down at the crystal around my neck. I hesitantly held it against the engraving.
A sudden metal creak went off making me flinch. The crystal was the key to the room.

I slowly walked in to see pictures, information and artifacts of the previous Phoenixs in my family.
I looked around in awe when I caught a glimpse of my grandmother's and mom's memorials. They had displayed files of their missions on the AGC.
I hesitated but took the files for our mission.
I made my way out of the vault to see a full suit paired with a staff and a metal mask.
I smirked with an idea.
