I Love You//s1

Josephine

I groaned and opened my eyes to see the hospital room again.
I yawned and sat up slowly in my bed. I scratched my head and peered ahead of me, seeing my twin brother playing around with metal parts with headphones in.
"Tony?" I yawned once more but no reply.
I growled softly and pulled on of the pillows on my bed to throw at him.
"The hell?!" He flinched and held the pillow in his arms after it hit him. He looked up and his face turned into shock.
He quickly teleported to my side and pushed me back into bed.
I grunted and gasped softly in confusion. "Don't move!" He said "I'll be back." He teleported away.

Nova

She was sat in her hospital bed swaying around from side to side like a little kid drinking a juice box.
"She never does this?" Reese asked me and Tony. We both shook our heads.
"It's probably the lack of energy and all the meds she's on." Anthony shrugged and suggested. "It's probably making her systems all wack."
"I'll ask the doctor about it."  I said. "For now we just monitor her."
"What about the others?" Reese said "Should we say something?"
I paused to think. "No." Anthony answered for me. "If her systems are all jacked it's best to keep them away especially my brothers and Spencer. Or at least have them visit separately. She might get overwhelmed in this state with the chaos between my brothers and Spencer then all the questions and concerns with the others. Once she's back to her normal self then, it would be better to have the team around her. "

Spencer

I was sitting in a corner in my room alone.
It's been nearly a month and I haven't even heard anything about Josephine. I don't even know if she's awake. Nobody does except for Anthony, Nova and Reese from what I know.
Reese checks on me from time to time and I beg her to let me see her. Denied again and again.

I leaned my head back and started down at the ankle monitor with my knees to my chest.
A soft knock could be heard from downstairs. I froze but exhaled as I stood and made my way to the door.

Reese

The door opened and I immediately could see the dark circles under Spencer's eyes. "Are you gonna say the same things?" He sighed.
"Her brothers want to talk to you." I said.
His tired face went shocked. "I'm gonna monitor that situation but, yeah. Meet us at the training room at noon."

Keith

"Is he coming or what?"  Peter said in an aggravated tone.
I shrugged softly. "He's probably too much of a wimp to." Chris said.
"Why are you two so mean to him?!" I yelled over them. "Yeah he betrayed us but you yourself said he was innocent!" I looked at Peter. "Sure we can be pissed but that still doesn't give you the right to be so physical and mean to him!"
The two went silent. I had never raised my voice at them. I shut down in guilt. "Sorry..." I mumbled.

The door of the training room opened and we saw Spencer in a hoodie walk in with Reese behind him.

"So...you wanted to talk?" He approached our small circle.
I looked at Peter and Christopher who refused to say anything. I sighed and stood up straight. "We're sorry for putting you through a lot.  We just are looking out for Josephine."
"I understand." He nodded softly.
I held my hand out "Truce?"
He hesitated and shook my hand.

We've known Spencer our entire lives mainly. We know him like the backs of our hands. Especially Josephine.

A soft yelp went off at the door when we suddenly saw Josephine in a hospital gown with her IV stand in her grip.
She was laying flat on the floor and sat herself up. "Look at these braces!" She said in awe.
"What the hell are you doing?!" Reese freaked out.

Anthony and Nova suddenly popped in. "Josephine!" Nova yelled. "You can't be using your powers yet."
"But look." Josephine tried to stand but her legs gave in and she fell.

Josephine

I growled and pouted. "Josephine?" I heard Peter ahead of me.
I looked up and he ran to me. I was shocked when he got down and hugged me tightly.
I slowly pulled my arms around him as he sobbed with my other brothers joining.

Spencer

We spent hours hanging out in the training just us.
Josephine was so hyper and talking about random things.

After a few minutes she laid herself on the carpeted floor and fell asleep within seconds.
"She's asleep."  Anthony poked her head softly.
She whimpered and pulled her hands and blanket from the hospital over her face like a cat. Anthony has brought her things while she was in her deep sleep.
"Spencer." Nova said. "Can you help bring her to the hospital?"
I froze and looked over at Chris, Keith and Peter.
Peter nodded softly even though he disagreed with the decision. "Okay." I agreed.
"Here." Reese for down next to me and removed my ankle monitor. "So you can put her to bed without waking her up."
"Thanks." I nodded with a soft smile.

I held Josephine in my arms. She was clenched tightly onto my torso like a koala.
Peter pulled her blanket over her shoulders and pulled her hair out of her face.  She whimpered softly and buried her face in my shoulder. Her elf ears fluffed up and shivered.

I teleported back to her hospital room and set her into the bed.
I tucked her under the multiple blankets. Her face scrunched up and grabbed the blanket in her fists, pulling it to her mouth.
I smiled softly and ran my fingers through her hair.
"I'm glad you're okay." I said to myself. I sighed and ran my finger down softly on her freckled nose.

(The Kylevi siblings all have freckles. Peter is not too much but around his nose and under his eyes. Chris's are mainly on one side of his face but a few around. Keith is Kinda like Peter but they spread out more. Josephine's are all over her face but are clustered around her nose and cheeks while Anthony's are all over his face.)

I hesitated and got closer to her. I moved her bangs from her forehead and kissed her softly. "Sleep well." I said with a smile on my face. "I love you."
