"You serious?" Lumine looked at Venti with a puzzled expression, who nodded. Lumine knows you don't get what this is all about. So, lets rewind in time. Venti suddenly announced that they were going to visit a place reknowned for human trafficking, so they had to be careful. The town was deserted, but there were many supplies inside which they could keep for themselves. No one had the courage to do so, but Venti had the great idea to try it out. Lumine made a mental note to herself to protect Venti.

"Fine then." she admitted her defeat to his puppy eyes. Venti beamed with happiness and giggled. This would usually be a suicidal plan, but with her power as a priestess, maybe they would survive. She could only do healing and purifying magic and she needed to be in contact with her enemy in any way or with an object to inflict a curse, making sure others were out of range of it. She knew only the basics of combat, and hopefully, those people weren't seasoned warriors. The people had deserted the town after numerous reports of human trafficking, and the town was the home of those criminals now. However, one of the former residents of the town had shared with them the location in which the townspeople had buried their belongings, and in return for bringing back a choice few, they would let them keep the rest.

It was only a few hours' walk away from Mond. The town was as deserted as any ghost town could be, eerie and quiet. No movement could be heard in the silence. Occasionally, they would hear a rustle and a footstep or two, and jump at the sound.

"Who're you? Don't seem like one of us." a gruff voice was heard from behind them. Five Treasure Hoarders stood behind them, weapons in hand. They were lucky. Treasure Hoarders weren't exactly seasoned warriors. They stared menacingly at Lumine and Venti. Lumine grabbed a rock and chanted a curse on it, ready to throw it at them when she was suddenly interrupted by a gust of wind and a boy in a strange attire, composed of black and red colours. His hair was white with a red streak, and eyes a crimson red like blood. His hair was pulled into a low ponytail over his shoulder.

"Hah! Another test subject!" the Treasure Hoarders laughed in unison. That was pretty . . . silly. It made them seem like a laughingstock. The boy sighed and unsheathed the katana at his side. His expression was calm, as if he hadn't just run into a fight, but just smashing some insects with his fingers. His stance was pretty good, much like the soldiers she'd seen. He was a seasoned warrior.

He took off towards them, so fast that she didn't even see him, until the Treasure Hoarders lay on the ground, covered in wounds and he sheathed his katana. Ok, he wasn't a seasoned warrior. He was an abnormal warrior.

"Well thank you for saving us, young samurai!" Venti enthusiastically expressed his gratitude. The samurai gave him a smile, before turning to leave.

"Who are you?" Lumine asked. He turned back towards her, maple leaf in hand. He looked like an angel too, but Venti was still way better.

"My name is Kaedehara Kazuha. A wandering samurai." he smiled calmly, white bangs falling over his pretty face. Venti grinned,"ohoho~". Lumine ignored him and turned back to the samurai.

"Want to join us?" she asked. This voice and Venti's voice. How much money would they bring in? It was gonna be a hell of a blast for her if he agreed. "We're travelers too." she added. Kazuha pondered the question.

Agree  PLEASE I NEED MONEY.

"Okay then." Kazuha smiled at them.
