Chapter 13

I woke up panting out of my mind sweaty, nervous,lost then I realized I was back in my dark room. It was midnight and I have been waking up every hour after last night with hiccup and the kiss. I can't believe he actually kissed me like, what..... All theses thoughts made me very very nervous I mean I have never ever had a guy like me before and I'm so scared for what will happen on Monday. I got up form bed and grabbed my fluffy sweater and sneaked outside with a flash light. When I got out I noticed the barn light on so I went over to investigate. I looked in and saw hiccup, I know I said I wanted to say something after we kissed but I didn't have the gutts to tell him so I ran away and now he must still be here with toothless. I waited to sneak in when he wasn't looking and go in stormflys stall." Hey girl." I whispered over to her and gave her a treat." Let's go out for a midnight ride." I said quietly and took her out if the stall slowly and carefully. I tied her up outside he door and went back inside to get my saddle and bridle, after I was finished tacking her up and mounted with a flashlight in my hand And a backpack I looked over to see hiccup staring up at me." Why are you going for a ride so late at night ??." He asked while he rubbed his eyes." Uhh gotta go !!" I said loudly and ran off into the meadow. I didn't really want to make a conversation right now or even speak for that matter." Oh my that was so close. " I said to stormfly. I made it to my favourite tree where I set up a mini bed with Stormfly laying beside me chewing on a " horse salad " made up of apples, carrots and oats." Ahh now this is the place to be on a beautiful summer night." I said." Good night stormfly." I whispered. She nickered and rested her head on the soft ground. Night time flew by and we fell asleep under the stars. Morning came and I headed back to the barn just in time for me to do chores and make it look like I never left the house that night. So I did the chores and went to sit in hay loft to read a book, I was really bored today and I didn't want to be around anybody."Astrid are you around here ?? I need to talk to you.." I heard hiccup yell out." I'm here." I said while popping my head out." Oh I just wanted to say thanks, for helping out with toothless."" Your welcome, but I should go...." I said and ran out of the barn. When I got to the house my friends stood there waiting for me along with my mom" astrid your friends are here to see you." My said while heading inside." Hey guys thanks for coming I need to talk to you." I gestured the three inside and up to my room." Okay so what do you want to talk about?" Elsa asked happily." Okay so last night me and hiccup kissed and I don't know what to do?" OMG really this is so exciting !!!" Anna squealed. " Well this means hiccup likes you. Anna, elsa huddle up." Punzie said. They huddled and whispered and finally they broke apart." Okay astrid time for operation get hiccup and astrid together."
