Chapter 8

I woke up to he feeling of sunlight in my face, i didn't want to wake up because it's finally the weekend. But I had to start the day somehow so I got up to see hiccup down in the barn practicing with his horse. I saw him training and I totally lost myself in a daze staring at him, smiling. Wait no !!! I can't do this he has a girlfriend and I can't trust guys there so weird. I walk down the the barn to find him waiting at my stall." Hey you want to go for a trail ride ?" He asks" sure..." I say happily and quickly get stormfly saddled up and we are off at full speed into the older field. I laughed as I made my way around the patch of trees in the middle. He laughed with me and followed me. I figured I'd show hiccup my favorite place on this whole entire world so I made my way up the big hill that leads to the old draping magical tree that I spend all my time in. It was the most magical tree I've seen, stormfly loves it because under its lowing branches was the richest grass and I loved it because of the scenery. I got to the top of the hill and quickly peeked inside the trees leaves. Hiccup finally got to the top," want to see something cool?" I ask. He says nothing but nods and gets off toothless to come over by me. I enter and I see him him loom around the old tree with awe." This isn't even the best part." I whisper. I open the leaves and I see it. The whole farm from the most wonderful view. You could see the horses running and playing, you could see the sun set and the sun rise. The stars and the tiny tiny people with there horses. His expression is unreadable but I could tell by the way he looked out he was impressed." Astrid this is amazing." He says while looking over to me with his emerald eyes taking my breath away." I know I love coming up here. It's so beautiful in the morning and at night." I saw while resting up against the tree truck." Maybe I could come up here with you sometimes." He says softly." I would like that." I whisper softly while gripping the ground tightly. I looked over to him only to see a dorky smile, and I couldn't help to smile back." Well I better get back Vanessa is looking for me." He says while checking his phone." Okay I saw and we ride back down the the barn. When we get there i see Vanessa in a blue sundress and sandals. Worst choice of clothes to come to a barn with." Hey van." Hiccup says shyly." Uhh!! Where have you been there's a party tonight and I need to get you ready in nice clothes!!" She yelled over to us." Sorry I went to ride my horse." She growled some more and I couldn't help but laugh quietly. Hiccup noticed but instead of being an over protective boyfriend he just laughed and smiled at me." Well nice seeing you Vanessa but I got to get back to the barn. I'll put toothless back for you."" Thanks astrid." He answered. I moved back to toothless and he nudged me playfully." Hey boy!! Your owner had to go with Vanessa." After I said her name his ears pieced back and he got angry." I know i don't really like the idea of them as a couple either but we have to deal with it." I say wile laughing a little. He gave me a look meaning you mean you liek my owner... And I couldn't help it but it had to get out of me soon or a later." Yeah yeah I have a crush on hiccup.." I saw to him and he ran around his stall playfully and happy. I just laughed.

Sorry for the long wait for the next update, and that it's really shot also sorry for spelling and grammar mistakes I read a chapter over and I saw a lot of mistakes and I thought you guys must hate me for this 😂😂 but anyways hope you'll keep reading with me
