I was sitting inside the car trying to get the key in the hole but it was so hard I was panicking and my hands were trembling. I finally started and pulled up at the front picking up hiccup and Elsa who was concerned on why I ran away so fast." Astrid what's going on?" She asked as jack ran up beside her." Horses are missing and I need to go home, now!" I yelled as I sped away before hiccup could even put on his seatbelt." Astrid it's fine, our horses would never wonder to far." Hiccup said with calm voice." You don't understand, they could have been spooked and ran far into the woods and its not just anytime of the season, no! It's hunting season." I exclaimed as I pulled down the back country road. Hiccup knew why I was worried about the horses. Hunters don't care what type of animal it is as long as it resembles to a Deer of anything of the deer family they will shoot.
I have learned that after I lost one of my favourite jumping ponies to an accident like that. She was so good for lessons and the kids loved her. Jumping for my lesson kids has never been the same since. The car rolled a little as I parked it." Isn't this elsa's car?" Hiccup asked as he awkwardly walked/jogged after me." Yeah, whoops. She won't mind I'll just pick her up later." I said as I stomped into my house to change." Sorry but I guess pull have to ride In a tux tonight because my home is mainly girls living inside of it!" I yelled from my room as I slipped on my old Arabian circuit shirt I got when I went to nationals and old jeans I bought a while back." You coming?" I said as I pulled my hoodie and stumbled out the door.

The barn was silent expect for my mom rushing around outside and Hazel following around dragging her teddy with her." Mom I'm taking stormcrusher and lady out to find toothless and stormfly!" I yelled at her who gave hiccup a small smile. " tack up stormcrusher with his old western saddle and bridle C-4 for lessons." I said to hiccup who was chasing after me." You walk to fast." He said in between breaths." Sorry not sorry." I said as I pulled lady and old chestnut mare who was my favourite western horse as a tween out." Come on girl." I whispered to the sleepy horse.
20 minutes later we slid on the backs of the horses and cantered off into the direction of what my mom saw them leave at." Stormfly likes to go this way on trail." I whispered as I looked around the trees.
This was my biggest nightmare, not knowing where my horse is makes me think about 1000 things that could go wrong and it gets stressful. Hiccup was watching me and must have noticed my distress.
" hey it will be fine, we are going to find them." He whispered.
