Just as I had put my phone back into my pocket, I turned around, I didn't want to go home just yet. A thousand thoughts ran through my mind as I debated whether it was worth going back to the venue, running back up to Ben and pleading to stay longer, or just continue walking to the bus, going home, carrying on my life as usual. I did in fact turn around, pushing past a couple who were holding hands, the girl flipped me off but I didn't take any notice of her as my feet ran across the slippery pavement, I hoped he was still there, thinking the same about me. I turned around the corner to where the bus was but it was too late, they were already driving away, I tried to stop them but it was too late. I just stood there in the freezing cold rain, I'd missed the last bus until the morning and I didn't have enough money for a taxi. I felt a big, warm hand on my shoulder, nudging me slightly, I froze in shock as the streets were completely empty now. All of a sudden I felt trapped, like I was trying to move but my body was strong enough, like my mind was working but my whole body was paralyzed. I was screaming but the only thing coming out of my mouth was the breath's I was taking.

And then I woke up.

I rubbed my eyes slightly, still feeling that warm hand on my shoulder, just prossuming it was my imagination that it was a hand, when in reality it was our dog. I opened my eyes and realised my curtains were open, I never kept them open at night, I always closed them because I was afraid something would appear in the night, I was too afraid of sleeping knowing something or someone could be watching me from outside. I frowned and turned my head slightly, realising there was someone sitting on my bed beside me, rather relaxed against the spare pillows and cushions. This person was also dressed in ripped jeans and a vest with a black coat on and that typical black beanie, and to my total surprise, it was Ben.

'What are you doing here?' I frowned, realising how awful I must've looked, hair everything, no make up, the worst possible state I could be in, I covered my face, 'I look a mess'

'Thought I'd pop by, make sure you'd not given me a fake address' he chuckled, 'and you don't, I think you look gorgeous'

That didn't stop me from keeping my face completely covered up though, I didn't want to put him off just yet, and anyway, I wasn't the type of person who could just flaunt my natural look as if it was something I did normally around people. I wasn't one of those naturally pretty people, I had to work to make myself look half decent, and now, thanks to him, he would be a hundred percent put off. Brilliant.

'Stop being silly' he chuckled, playfully punching my bare shoulder, 'anyway, I just popped by to ask if you wonna come with us to the gig in Bristol?'

'Really?' I said, pulling the covers up over my face, which Ben continued to pull down, I felt so childish but there was no possible way he could see me.

'Yes' he chuckled, 'of course', I sat up, facing towards him, I couldn't believe he still wanted to hang out with me despite my extreme immaturity right now and my shyness last night. I was embarrassed. He wrapped his arms slightly around my forearms, catching me off guard and pulling them down, my eyes shot open and I just looked like some ridiculous gold fish. I began to blush, his face was extremely close to mine, a grin appearing, 'see, you're fucking gorgeous, now get your sexy fucking ass out of bed as we have two hours before the guys are picking us up'

I raised an eyebrow, 'you're saying it takes me two hours to get ready?'

'You're a girl' he smirked, I scoffed, 'I'll prove you wrong then', he winked before standing, pulling me up as he did so, I stumbled a bit and he grabbed the side of my waist, just above my gigantic hips I despised, 'why are you so hot?'

'Fuck off' I scoffed with a smirk, pushing him away from me, and walking towards my bedroom door towards the bathroom, 'how did you get in here anyway?' I said, stopping in my tracks and turning around.
