Alright, the question isn't "where is this strange girl?" the question is "why on earth am I looking in a fridge?"

I give myself a mental slap in the face and slam the fridge shut. I am such an idiot at times. I sigh and lean against the fridge.

I see something move out of the corner of my eye. I look over and see that nothing is there.

I stare at the spot for a moment before creeping over. I crouch down next to a shelf and peek around the corner.

Nothing.

I stand up, confused and look around. When I see nobody around I grunt and turn back only see a short, red haired girl pointing a knife at me.

I jump a bit in surprise and hold my hands up. "Okay, whoa. Let's put the knife down." I says starting to feel a bit nervous.

The girl held her ground and glares at me. "Shut up Non-blood." she says in a slightly lower voice than I expected.

"What?" I ask.

"Just come with me and maybe I'll spare you." She says with a firm voice.

"Wha-? Whoa!" the girl holds out her hand and I feel myself being lifted off the ground. I am surrounded by a pinkish-purple mist. I freak out and somehow manage to stumble in midair.

I look at the girl. Her hand has the same color glow as the mist.

"W-What?" I stutter, "How?"

She grunt, "Like you're the one to talk, Non-blood"

"What?"

She ignores me and turns and walks away, bringing me with her.

"Wait, I'm so confused!" I say, "what's going on?! Where are you taking me?! And what the heck is this whole "Non-blood" thing?!"

She groans with annoyance. "You ask too many questions."

"And you answer too little questions!" I argue, "You can at least tell me who you are and what you want from me!"

She sighs. "You're quite the stubborn one aren't you?" she says, "alright fine," she turns to face me, "I will tell you this." She looks me in the eye. "My name is Rikki, I was sent by my tribe to find you and deal with you once and for all."

"Deal with me?" I ask. I start to feel a bit uneasy. "You don't mean-"

"You're lucky I'm in a somewhat good mood," Rikki says, "because in any other circumstance I wouldn't hesitate to kill you."

"W-what?" I try to back away but have no luck. She has me trapped in her grasp.

I start to panic a bit. This girl is definitely crazy! I want to cry out for help, but I know it wouldn't do me any good.

"What's wrong Non-blood?" she says, "afraid to be on the other side of the blade?" she smirks and holds her knife to my neck.

I let out a small squeak and stare at the knife. She obviously isn't joking about wanting me dead, but why?

"W-why?" I sputter out.

Rikki tilts her head. "Why?" she echoes. She grunts and gives me a deathly glare. "I think you know exactly why."

"N-no I-" then it hit me. "How did you know?" I growl at her.

"Now, now, no need to get angry." She says, "You wouldn't want to lose control now would you?" she smirks at me.

"You little-!" I snap, "how did you know?!"

"I have my ways, Non-blood." She says, "I was able to sense your power, but it was different. It wasn't coming from you exactly, but something else." She glares at me. "You weren't born with it. It's not yours. You can't control it."
