"Khalix kamusta na ang company? Any problem?"

"Wala naman kuya pero we need a corporate lawyer para sa Legal Department natin. Nagresign kahapon yung Head nila and we need as skillful, intelligent and dedicated Lawyer as Atty. Gardon Salazar" iniabot naman sa akin ni Khalix ang isang folder. "I also conducted researches but your ex is the top among the Lawyers here in the Philippines. He has also a law firm. Pumapangalawa lang si Atty. Favia Luiza Arellano" hearing her name with attached Atty. for 10 years. I'm so glad that they reach their dreams.

"Since you're the CEO of our company, I'll leave it to you the decision. I'm going now. I have an appointed surgery"

I am now the founder of my own Hospital. KVLacuesta Hospital has now thousands of branches inside and outside the country.

Pagdating ko sa Hospital ay agad akong sinalubong ng mga Doctors. I smile at them and they greeted me upon entering the hospital.

"Book an operating room. 10:40 will do. I have a surgery for my patient at his heart and call my team that they will be at my office now" agad naman nilang sinunod ang iniutos ko.

I'm a licensed Surgeon, Cardiologists in particular. Since the death of my Dad and Mommyla, I choose to take another path. I studied at Harvard University and an exchange student at Seoul National University. I took my residency at Seoul National University Hospital.

KVL Real Estates Company was founded by me and my brother, Khalix Justin Lacuesta, as he studied Engineering. He also manage to widen the company and branches out inside and outside the country. It is now the top among the rest Real Estates Company's.

Bumalik lang ako sa reayalidad ng marinig ko ang katok sa pintuan ng office ko. "Come in" I said.

Hindi maipinta ang gulat sa mga mukha nila ng makita nila ako, I contain my composure para hindi nila alam na masaya akong makita muli sila.

"You may have a seat" I walk towards the table at iniisa isa ko silang tinignan. They were wearing their medical gowns and a stethoscope on their neck. I'm glad they reach their dreams. "Can you please say your name and in what particular field do you belong"

"Doc. Aileen Veen Villaluz, a cardiologists"

"Nurse Ezra Louise Velasquez, scrub nurse"

"Doc. Anallie Zaire Borja, Anesthesiologists"

"Nurse Dencio Javier Villa, Circulating Nurse"

"So Doc. Aileen will be my first. The surgery room now is under your command Doc. Anallie. The surgery will begin at 11:00" I check my watch and it's 10:30. "A male patient, age 67. He was brought to the emergency room due to a heart attack three months ago. He's been experiencing severe fatigue. I run some urine test along with a heart sonar. It may lead to a heart failure, so pay attention to that" tumango naman sila at nagready na sila for the surgery.

The surgery was successful. Pagkatapos ay dinala nila sa ICU for observation. Nagpalit na rin ako ng damit at sinuot muli ang Medical Gown ko. I take out my phone and there's a lot of messages from Khalix.

"Hello bunso, Bakit?"

["Kuya pumunta ka dito sa office ko. May sasabihin ako"]

"Huwag mo akong ipraprank. Is it good or bad?"

["Nahh it's kinda bad to you but it's good for the company"]

"Fine I'll be there at 5 minutes"

I ended the call at agad na sumakay sa kotse ko. This was Dad's gift for me. Iniwan niya lahat ng pera kay Kuya Khalid but makukuha lang namin ito kapag nakapagtapos na kami sa college. Kotse raw ang ibibigay sa akin sabi ni kuya kaya hindi nalang ako umangal dahil will ito ni Dad.
