The next day we started to hear about Harry, Ron and Hermione robbing Gringots and riding away on a dragon which seemed like a stretch but I can't be sure.
That night me and Astoria sat in complete silence. I had gotten a lot closer to her through out the day.
"Alright I'll go get us dinner," Neville announced, I stood up and walked over to him.
"I'm coming," I told him and he nodded. We walked along the dark tunnel talking. Neville had kind of maybe almost sorta started dating Kaylee. But it was kind of obvious that he still likes Hermione. Then we got into the Hogshead and we saw three people I didn't expect.
"RON!" I exclaimed had practically tackled him. When I looked back Neville and Hermione were just standing there staring at each other. I laughed and grabbed his hand to pull him back down the tunnel. When I looked back to see if they were following us I saw Harry looking awkward standing between his two friends and looking back and forth, and Hermionie and Ron looking confused at us holding hands.
"Merlin you two! He has a girlfriend!" I said, but Neville shot me a glare.
"Or as they say kinda sorta maybe dating," I said "Come on," and I started waking back down the tunnel.
When we arrived back in the room of requirement there was an uproar. Screams, cheers, and excitement. Everyone was sure we were going to fight. That this was how we would defeat Voldemort. Until Harry attempted to leave with Ron and Hermione.
"Ha I told you!" I yelled as a few people gave me money. Harry, Ron and Hermione gave me confused looks so I responded with.
"I bet them they when you guys got here you would be selfless idiots," I said happily and Ron smiled.
"Fine does anyone know of any objects that were owned by Ravenclaw?" Harry asked everyone
"Ravenclaws lost diadem," Luna said
"Yeah but it's lost," Terry Boot said
"I can show you what it looks like if you'd like Harry," Cho Chang said but Ginny didn't seem happy about Harry going with her.
"Luna can take you. Can't you Luna?" She asked desperately and Luna nodded as she and Harry walked out.
A moment later Ron and Hermione hurried out to go to a bathroom or something about that. Me and a few others prepared for Harry to come back so we could fight. But when Harry ran back in he was yelling that we were fighting Voldemort.
I ran out of the Room of Requirement along with Neville and we gathered in the Great Hall where assignments.
"Neville! Brooklynn! You go to the green houses with Pomona," Mcgonagal said and me and Neville hurried off.
It's time to fight.
