His Hope

Hope could tell everyone was a little wary about Bella coming over. She wondered why Edward was doing this. To her, he is forcing them to know her sister. Emmett kissed her head making her smile. "What's going on in that mind of yours?"

Hope grabbed her notebook. I think Edward is forcing you all to know Bella or to be around her. You didn't introduce me till you knew I was ready, but I've met them because you guys made me feel comfortable.

"I told you on your first day that you would be my first friend." Ian says. "I wasn't lying."

Hope laugh making them smile. "Your close to talking if you are making sounds." Rosalie pointed out. "Just take your time and don't rush yourself to speak."

Hope nodded as she was glad they were okay with her slowing becoming herself again. She noticed them looking towards the living room making her know who was there. Bella.

Hope was sitting in the living room as Bella and Edward arrived. She could be seen reading a book as she waited for them, but knowing that she didn't pay attention to their arrival meant she was into the book she was reading. "Should I..."

"Nah.' Edward says. "Emmett may not want you to disturb her as she reads."

Hope turned the page and stopped as she saw it was about the Volturi. She started to read to read the page till she jump at the sound of something breaking. She ran into the kitchen and stopped not to far behind Edward and Bella to see that Rosalie broke the bowl in anger. "Hope." Emmett said as he went to her. "Let's go."

Hope grabbed the book and started writing. What's wrong?

"I'll explain."

Hope nodded as she followed him. Ian looked at Bella. "If any harm comes to Hope Swan, Edward can kiss you goodbye."

"Edward hasn't explained much to Bella and Rosalie was already upset due to what could happen to you." He says as he touched her cheek. "Hope, if anything happens..."

Hope wouldn't let him finish as she kissed him. Emmett held her close as they kissed. She wrapped her arms around him as she wanted him to see that she was okay at the moment and that she knows he will keep her safe. Emmett pushed her up against the wall just for someone to clear their throat. "Rosalie would like to talk to Hope."

Emmett felt Hope kiss him before she went looking for her friend. "You are a buzz kill." He tells Ian. "What does Rosalie want anyways?"

"Prom." He says. "Alice said she will force Bella to go since she wants to be close to Bella too. So Rose volunteer to see what Hope's dress picks are.'

Emmett nodded as he sat down on the bed. "Thanks for stopping me." He said. "I don't want Hope to feel rushed."

"I don't think she cared." He says. "She looked excited about what would have happened. Well, if I didn't interrupted."

"Shut up."

Hope walked back in with Rosalie. She went over to Emmett and jumped on top of him causing him to laugh. "I am so glad to have you." He tells her. "You are my Hope."

Hope smiled as that was true. She was his Hope and she couldn't wait to finally tell him how she feels, but she still doesn't know when she'll speak. All they can do is wait for her to finally say what she has been wanting to say. Emmett will hear his mate talk sometime soon.
