Over the next few days, Hope couldn't hold nothing down making Emmett take her to the hospital. "Mr. Cullen, has Hope had her period?"
Emmett shook his head as he doesn't remember when the last time she had her period. To think of it, she hasn't had one since they first started having sex. "It's been awhile, but she hasn't really told me she missed."
"Unless she didn't notice." The doctor says. "She's 25 weeks pregnant with twins."
Emmett was speechless. He never thought they could have kids, but it looks like they can and he knew what needs to be done. "Can we get an ultrasound done when she wakes up?"
"Of course."

When Hope woke up, she saw the biggest smile on Emmett's face. "What?" She asked smiling.
"You're pregnant with twins."
Hope's eyes got big as this was something she was not expecting. "Are you really excited?"
"Yep and I'm protecting you three. I just got off the phone with the Volturi kings. They want to see proof and once they do the ultrasound on you, we can send them the proof."
"Did you call mom and dad?"
"Yes." He says. "They're ecstatic. Especially with the way Bella has been acting."
Hope rolled her eyes. "That's Edward's problem. Not mine."
"Let's not think about them and start planning the nursery for these two."
Hope smiled as they shared a kiss. "I love you, Emmett."
"I love you, Hope."
