His Hope

Hope laid in her room sleeping as she wasn't feeling good. She texted Emmett about her not being able to go to their game making him ask if she would want him to come by, but she told him to have fun. "Hope, would you like me to order you a pizza?"

She nodded as Charlie left her room. Hope turned and looked at the sky hoping Emmett was having fun with one of his favorite sports. She closed her eyes to get some rest. Her mind went to Emmett and how she can finally talk or what will get her too.

At the field, Emmett stood watching the nomads. He knew Hope would be happy to see him when he gets to her. Once he heard the hunt was on, he went straight to Hope. "Emmett...."

"She is not my priority or mate. My mate is in bed sick and that's where I'm going."

Hope woke up to Bella screaming. She got out of bed to see her sister with a bag leaving as her father pleaded. Bella looked behind Charlie and saw Hope with tears in her eyes. "Hope..."

Hope didn't give Bella time to say anything as she ran into her room crying. Charlie let Bella go as his little girl was upstairs crying. "Hope." She looked up to see her dad. "Come here."

Emmett arrived after he heard from Edward what just happened. He knocked on the door and waited. Hope sat down on and as Charlie opened the door. "Is Hope awake?"

"She's in the living." Charlie says. "Bella hurt her big time."

Memories of when mom left came back and Bella used the same words.

"Baby." He said as she hugged him. "I'm here."

Charlie smiled as they sat down and started to watch the game. Hope started to doze off as Emmett held her. Charlie stood up to get him a beer to see Hope and Emmett asleep. "Keep her happy."

Emmett smiled as that was what was planned. He was going to help Hope talk and to make sure she is loved. "I love you, Hope Andrea Swan."

Three days late, Hope smiled at her own reflection. She looked amazing and tonight she was going to enjoy it as she is with the man of her dreams. Emmett. Since moving to Forks, Hope never saw herself falling in love with someone like Emmett, but she did and will never regret it one bit.

Emmett looked between Edward and Charlie knowing Charlie hates Edward's guts after what happened. Hearing the sound of heals, Emmett looked up and saw Hope. "Wow." He said as Charlie smiled. "You look amazing."

"He's right." Charlie said. "Take good care of her tonight."

"You know I will."

Hope kissed her dad's cheek before she left with Emmett. Tonight she was going to enjoy dancing, taking pictures and just being with Emmett all night till it was time for her to start the new day.
