Mariah POV

I entered the store. I needed more toiletries so I had to go to the local grocery store. I went down the snack asile & hot fries. I turned the corner not paying attention & bumped into another basket with mine.

Me: I'm so sorry

The guy looked up & I saw it was....... Jacob Latimore.

Jacob: it's ok....Mariah from Lyrical right

Me: yea, nice to meet you Jacob

Jacob: same, & sorry for our basket crash

He smiled & I almost had a mini heart attack.

Me: it's okay, & since you & MB are long time buddy's, you wanna come to this party with us tonight

Jacob: sure

Me: meet us up at the conjunction house, wear dark colors.....it's a dark affair

Jacob: is it fancy

Me: nah, our manager just likes throwing parties with themes.....our album is releasing soon, but we gonna give a taste at the party......but we begged her for it to be semi casual so jeans is cool, even though Lyrical has to wear dresses tho

Jacob: ight cool, text me the address o the house because they moved to another house since our last tour

I gave him my number & texted him the address.

Me: see ya tonight

Jacob: wait, can I be your date to the party

My insides began to flutter. Omg, yes!

Me: of course

We smiled at each other then went our separate ways. I can't believe this. Thank you God for answering my prayers in finding a new good man!

Salina POV

I walked from outside & entered my room to change. I put on a sports bra & some jogging pants. I grabbed my water bottle & my iPod. I plugged in my head phones & began my jog at the park. While in the park I heard something.

??: ahhh, tf

I turned around to see somebody in a bush. Like they fell. I walked over to them.

Me: are you okay

??: not really

I helped the person out of the bushes. He dusted himself of & I realized it was Diggy. I've never met him, by the others have.

Me: what happened

Diggy: fell over this branch right here
He moved the branch so no one else would fall.

Me: oh, you scared your arm, it's bleeding

Diggy: I'll be fine, but thank you for helping me

Me: you're welcome

Diggy: wait don't you know Lyrical & MB

Me: yea, I'ma choreographer, I live in the house with em

Diggy: Yea. Salina, right? I've heard a lot about you.....aren't you dating Jacob

Me: nah

Diggy: but you're preg--gco

Me: yea, we weren't working out....& I think his ex coming back is a sign
