EPISODE 10:

Yunnie took the next three days off school and headed to her mom and Josh's huge mansion. Yunnie never called Josh and probably never will. Not that he wasn't good enough, but because she wasn't comfortable with it.

Her adopted brother, Hoo-jung was supposed to meet her the next week, when he came home to Young-Jin and Josh.

Yunnie sat across her mother at the long coffee table, discussing finances since her mother only trusted Josh and Yunnie for financial advice. Josh was out at work.

"Oh! That reminds me," Yunnie started off, sparking her mother's curiosity.

"I got this document from school for my desired career. And I was thinking of joining Josh's company once I go to a good business college-"

"Oh! That's awesome honey!!!" Her mom burst out and clapped excitedly for her, making Yunnie smile at her cuteness.

"Oh, you always talked about doing business!!" Her mom said dreamily as she reached across and tucked Yunnie's hair behind her ear lovingly.

It was true. When Yunnie was young and before her dad would hit her, she would always dream about business. Her eyes would light up whenever she would talk about the subject. It was only in the military when she decided to take a break from it. From life in general.

However, business always lurked in the back of her mind. It was her passion. From the accounting to the high-quality goods, all of it.

"So... I'm thinking of writing Hong Kong University of Science and Technology."

"Ahhhh, I see you still have your Hong Kong dreams?" Her mom beamed at her.

"Yeah...But I promise that I'll be back for the holidays!!" Yunnie defended but her mom merely smiled wider that it became a little creepy.

"Oh Yunnie, I'm not worried about that! You have to chase your dreams! And who knows, maybe you might get lucky.." Young-Jin wiggled her eyebrows.

"Mom!"

Yunnie took a deep breath as the school of Saebom High came into view. She made her way into the classroom that only held a few people due to the early hour.

"Yunnie!" Jugyeong called.

"Hi."

"Where were you these days?"

"Were you doing something for the military?"

"Did you go undercover?"

" I just went to see my mom, sorry I didn't ask for your permission," Yunnie said sarcastically rolled her eyes and made her way to her seat next to Han Seojun.

"Hey."

"Yo."

"When the shit did you start saying 'Yo'?"

Seojun shrugged, leaning back on his chair as he flicked his hair out of his eyes like he always does.

"So, what did you write down for your desired career?" He asked randomly.

"Business. I wrote down HKUST for college."

"You're going to college?" Seojun raised an eyebrow at her.

"Yeah. You need to. And I'm even more excited since it's in Hong Kong, my favourite country."

The smug look on Seojun's face fell and Yunnie didn't fail to notice it. But she decided to not push it.

"Y-you're going overseas?"

"Yup!" She leaned towards Seojun who didn't back away.

"Don't miss me cuddle master, I'll be back to meet y'all." She leaned back, giving Seojun a chance to breathe properly from the close proximity.

"Besides, it's not like I'm going now."

Yunnie walked outside once she gave Mr Han her form, which he gave her his support. She saw Jugyeong and Soojin on a bench, talking. She walked towards them but stopped when she heard what they were talking about.

"My dad hits me when sometimes when he gets angry," Soojin told Jugyeong. Yunnie stopped dead in her tracks.

Her hands clenched together into fists as she itched to her pocket. But her knife wasn't there. Yunnie felt like she was suffocating. Like invisible walls were closing in on her. Her clothes suddenly became tighter.

Words were incoherent as Yunnie suffered silently. But she was brought back to reality when a hand tugged on hers and dragged her away. The last thing she heard from Soojin was,

"I like Lee Suho."

The boy in front of her dragged her on and on until they were in an empty classroom. The boy lifted her to a table. Suddenly, he pulled her into a hug. Yunnie remembered the hug and the scent. Immediately, she knew who it was.

"Han Seojun?-"

"Shh..." He calmed her. They stayed like that for a few more minutes before Seojun pulled away.

"Tell me. What bothers you?"

"Nothing-" Yunnie made to move but Seojun forced himself in between her legs so that she couldn't escape.

"Tell me."

Yunnie stayed quiet. She felt Seojun's burning eyes scan her face.

"You know, it hurts my heart when I see you cry. I pretend that I never see anything. But in reality, I do. I see everything. And please stop shutting me out. It hurts more than anything."

Yunnie looked at Seojun. He was the younger version of herself. And Yunnie was Jisoo. She put Seojun in her place two years ago and she realised what she was doing.

"If you don't want to tell me, " Seojun slipped out from between her legs and made towards the door while saying,

"It's okay."

1...2...3...He waited for three seconds, looking at the girl on the table, who was still reluctant.

He opened the classroom door until,
