Yunnie entered her classroom, only to be met with Suho's rigid back and loud ass cheers from the students. She walked inside to see pictures of Seojun and Jugyeong in an ... intimate pose.
Yunnie felt her heart shatter as she looked around the classroom more and more, before finally meeting Seojun's gaze.
He was in front of the classroom, with Jugyeong. Yunnie broke her stare and looked at a nearby girl's poster which read,
'COUPLE FOREVER!'
Yunnie blinked back tears as her earphones played, 'Lost On You '. She walked out of the classroom, Seojun's eyes guiltily following her.

Yunnie walked into the cafe her mother told her about. After avoiding Seojun the whole day, she went in only to let out a big curse.
There Seojun was, wiping the counter.
'Why does he have to work here out of all places?'
She turned away and walked outside. But then she remembered her mom's words.
"They have amazing Oreo Choco Shake. And who knows? Maybe you'll get a hottie."
Ah. Now she knew what Young-Jin meant by 'hottie'.
She soon fell into a debate with herself.
'Oreo Choco, but having to talk to Han Seojun? Or avoiding him but no Oreo Choco?'
Yes, she loved the shake THAT much. But maybe, she liked him better now. Wait no-
She shook her head.
'Oreo Choco!' With a sigh, she turned around and walked back into the cafe.
She reached the counter as Seojun said,
"Welcome- Yunnie?"
"Hm. One Oreo-"
"Oreo Choco Shake coming right up, officer!" Seojun said, saluting at her cutely. Even though she tried not to, she couldn't help but smile.
In the end, she would always go to Seojun.
~
Yunnie was walking around the streets, buying some more gifts for Hoo-Jung, who was coming in a few more days.
But as she waited for the traffic light to turn green, she saw two familiar figures running in the middle of the road while cars were driving around.
She realized with a jolt of shock and horror,
"Seojun? Suho?"
Yunnie looked at the car that was approaching them at an alarming speed, immediately, she dropped her bags, and ran towards them, yelling at them to move away.
She got there just in time and shoved the two away, but unfortunately...
she got hit.
Yunnie felt a searing pain in her left side as she collapsed on the floor, next to Suho and Seojun.
The last things she could hear were the shrieks and yells of people until she felt herself give up. She felt like she was about to...
"KIM YUNNIE!!" Seojun shrieked, taking her head that was bleeding profusely, onto his lap and cradled her.
"SOMEONE CALL THE GODDAMN AMBULANCE!!"
black.
~
Yunnie groaned as she opened her eyes, only to be met with a blinding light causing her to squint her eyes. Once she adjusted to the lighting, she looked around to see what looked like a hospital room.
She tried to get up, but as she did, an indescribable pain burst from her chest and head. She groaned even louder. She touched her head, only to find a rough material of a bandage wrapped tightly around her forehead.
"Ms Kim?" A nurse came into the room.
"Aigoooo!! Sit back down miss! I'll get your mother right now!" She dashed out of the room only to be back with her mom who rushed over to her, sobs escaping her lips as she made her way towards her daughter.
She pulled Yunnie into a hug, careful not to hurt her further. Soon after, Josh came in, sniffing loudly as he made his way to the other side of Yunnie, patting her head lovingly.
The doctor soon came in.
"3 out of 12 ribs broken..." The doctor listed out, referring to his clipboard.
"We gave you a surgery for that, exposed tissues, muscles, bones and excessive blood loss due to the car. It was broken, so sharp edges were everywhere. And also considering the speed of the car...." He trailed off.
"It's not easy for me to say this, but you can't move for a few weeks. You may experience severe headaches, nausea, loss of vision and sometimes, seizures."
Yunnie closed her eyes and let out a deep breath, a tear running down her cheek as her parents cried even harder.
"You'll have to take therapy sessions for the damage. I'm sure, looking at your immunity system, that you will be fine. Excuse me."
He left the room, leaving the family to themselves. After a few hours of calming down and having a good yet sad chat, Yunnie asked them,
"Where are Seojun and Suho?"
Young-Jin looked at her and smiled softly and answered,
"They are doing just fine. They have been admitted to the floor below us. They will be visiting you after we go."
Yunnie sighed as she let out tears of relief.
"Yunnie..." Josh started.
"We are so so so so proud of you honey..."
Yunnie smiled gratefully at him.
"You are so brave...courageous and whatnot." All of these words made Yunnie emotional and she started crying again.
"You saved two lives Yunnie!"
'Maybe that makes up for Seyeon and Jisoo...' Yunnie thought with a small smile on her face.
And somehow, Yunnie didn't know, how, but she could feel Jisoo and Seyeon's smiles dawning upon her.
