Rift. Korra x Asami. 🥰

Asami wants a baby but doesn't tell Korra cus she's been really busy and it causes an argument.

Korra's pov

I just got home from a hard days work being the Avatar. "Asami I'm home!" I yelled out. We have been living together in a small house away from the city for a years now which is three years after we started dating.

Asami still owns her business of course but likes to spend as much time with me as she can so she works from home unless she needs to be there.

"Hey darling." Asami said from her desk. I walked over to her and kissed her forehead and then she brought me down to kiss her lips. "How was your day hun?" I asked before sitting down next to her. "It was fine, Opal dropped of Bolin Jr for me to babysit earlier. He was fun."

I smiled and picked up, then moved Asami over to the sofa. I sat down and sat her on my lap. "Korra I'm not done!" Asami laughed before cuddling into my neck. "Well I know that if I leave you there you would stay there all night." Asami nodded her head agreeing with me.

We cuddled for a while until I noticed Asami was deep in thought. "Hey Asami, what's up?" She looked at me and smiled. "Oh nothing, I was just thinking..."

But before Asami could finish her sentence, a police officer came racing in. "Hey sorry Avatar Korra but we have a situation down at Triad Territory." I nodded my head and sat Asami down on the sofa. "I'll be right back." I said before kissing her head.

After that situation was delt with I came home to find Asami making dinner. I came in a held her close. "Hey Asami, what did you want to tell me?" i whispered. Asami shook her head and plated up the food.

"It's nothing Korra." She answered which made me worried. Asami sat down at the table with her food and I followed her actions. "Asami, this seems to be really bothering you. Tell me please." I said as I placed my hand over her's.

Asami looked at me and smiled. "Korra, we haven't been together for very long, but... I have thought about it, and I want a baby."

I looked at Asami wide eyed. Before lifting her up and spinning her around. "Yes Yes Yes!" I said before sitting her on my waist. "Yes Asami, I would love to have a baby with you."

We kissed and then finished eating before, getting ready for are trip to the spirit world. I had ready about how the Air bending monks would ask to the spirits to give them children.

So we headed out and walked to the spirit portal. We held hands and entered.

We walked up to the spirit of birth and I asked. "spirit! Please we would be so very grateful if you would bless us with a child of our own." I held Asami's hand close as the spirit thought it over. "Yes Avatar Korra, I believe the two of you would make great Parents. Which of you would like to birth the child." Asami took no time to think and she stood infront of me. "I would great spirit."

The spirit blessed Asami and a bright light surrounded her. "You are now blessed." We thanked the spirit and left through the portal.

We headed home and went straight to bed but couldn't sleep because Asami was too excited. "We are going to be Parents Korra!" She whispered yelled as she rested her head against my chest. "I know Asami. It's going to be amazing."

A/n

Just some fluff, I actually had a dream about this last night. But it was completely different and Mako actually got Asami pregnant with out her consent but it started out about the air bending kids. Idk I thought the story I wrote was better lol.
