Chapter 4: Meet me in my classroom..

Y/N's POV.

I left his classroom upset that he wouldn't tell me who he smelt. I wandered down to the great hall for dinner. I saw my friends sat at the Gryffindor table and strolled over and sat down next to them. Soon enough food started to magically be placed on the table and my friends started to eat. I didn't feel like eating I had lost my appetite. I glanced over to the teachers table and saw that Snape wasn't there. Strange.

A few more minutes passed by and I noticed my white owl Y/O/N heading towards me. He had a letter. Soon enough he got to me and dropped the letter. I looked at the hand writing on the front and immediately recognised  it. Snape. 

Y/N... 

I opened the letter more..

listen I would like to talk to you please.. we didn't finish our conversation and i know you may not want to but i need to tell you something, it's important... so please just meet me in my classroom once you've finished your dinner..

I folded the letter up and stuffed it in my pocket. I told my friends I needed to go and rushed out of the great hall. I basically sprinted until I got to his classroom door. I was nervous about what he wanted to say. Nervous to knock on his door. I built up the courage to knock and heard a faint 'enter'. I opened his door and walked in. There he was sat behind his desk. He looked nervous? He raised his head slowly and looked at me in the eyes.

"You got here quick..." he said quietly. He even sounded nervous.

"Yeah I wasn't eating so I came hear straight away."

"Why weren't you eating?" He questioned sounding concerned.

"I had just lost my appetite." I replied simply. "You said in your note you had something important to tell me..."

"Yes.. uh- I wanted to tell you what I smelt in my Amortentia..." he said.

"Okay... go on.." I said trying to stay calm.

"Cinnamon, candy floss and lavender." he said quietly but enough for me to hear. Me? I was confused. "I smelt you Y/N... and you smelt me."

I walked over to his desk and looked him in the eye.

"So..." he started.

"What does this mean?" I asked him.

"Y/N just before you walked out when you told me you like me.. I was going to say I felt the same way about you..." He stood up and walked around his desk to me. He looked down at me and just stood there.

Without thinking I leant up and connected my lips with his. He soon caught on and started to kiss me back. The kiss was passionate and slow. He cupped one cheek with his hand and used the other to rest on my waist. I rested my hands on his chest and next thing I knew I was pinned against the wall. I moaned into the kiss and he took the chance to dive his tongue into my mouth and our tongues fought for dominance. But a few seconds later he put his other hand on my waist and pulled away harshly. I was confused to say the least.

"I'm sorry Miss Y/L/N I shouldn't have kissed you back. You are my student and it is highly inappropriate." He said.

"Excuse me...?" I said hurt.

"You heard me!" 

"But why does this..?" I asked.

"You don't want me! You don't know what love is. You don't know what real life is!" he screamed. It broke my heart...

"Wow.." I said hurting.

"Get out now you insolent little girl!" He yelled. And with that I ran out of the room, tears streaming down my face.

Severus' POV. 

I had screamed at her. I don't know why but I pushed her away.. I was scared. I had never loved anyone before at all..

I was scared of rejection.

Scared of love.

Scared that I was Madly In Love with her.
