Arabella

Miro looked at me and nudged my shoulder, I knew what he meant. " Princess it is time to awaken..." I said quietly, almost scared to set her off.

But from what I could tell she has a kind heart. That unfortunately can't compete with despair. Pain comes for everyone. Kind or not.

Miro looked at her expectantly, we were told to take her to the King.

When she didn't move we stared at each other until we heard rustling. The princess was looking directly at us with a stoic face.

I flinched a barely visible shudder. Since her use of... power last night, that's all she's been surrounded with. Power.

Her eyes were strong and challenging.

Her power awakening and demanding respect.

Miro

Arabella shuddered a bit when we saw the princess looking at us with a cold unreadable expression.

" Your highness, we were ordered to take you to the King..." I stated a little louder, letting her know there wasn't a choice here.

Her cold grey eyes looking into mine, her power begging us to challenge her.

We immediately put our heads down. our tails looked so interesting at the moment.

"We must go now His Majesty doesn't like to wait."

Although she looked ready to pounce I knew she was fighting her power. The power and blood of a royal make them feel more.

She was holding on by a thread.

Her power probably telling her to rip our heads off.

From what I've read about a royal's power is that the power is always hungry, leaving no mercy for their human.

I flinched back a little when I heard her hoarse voice, " Take me to your King."

She spits out. Her voice a little deeper and darker. She was absolutely fighting with her new abilities.

The water around her sent little tiny jolts of purple and blue energy.

Almost stinging.

She didn't even flinch.

I could tell she wasn't going to let it win. I put my life on it.
