{Haley's POV}
"My number hasn't changed." I told him flatly then walked out of his car and into my flat. I'm not mad, I'm upset. But I'm not surprised that he doesn't have my number anymore. He is a famous pop star and like I've said before I'm just a small priority that's not important enough to fit into his big life.
Luther ran up to and started to rub his head against my calf. I knelt down to him, letting him lick my nose. I let out a slight giggle and started to pet him. "Tonight sucked." He barked at me as if he can understand me. I gave him one last pet then walked into my room and put on my pj's. As I laid down in my bed Luther came on my bed and laid down right next to me knowing that I need someone to comfort me.

Liam still hasn't called during these two days which I'm not surprised by. For the past two days I've been trying to start my book but I haven't gotten any ideas. All I know is the characters names and where it will take place. Kate and Chord, in San Francisco. Andy and Max have tried to get me out of my flat but I refused to until I get an idea. Izzie came over yesterday for an hour or two before an interview and tried to help me think of an idea but neither of us came up with one.
By now it's two in the afternoon now and I'm sitting at my island in my kitchen in front of my MacBook while eating fruit salad. My phone started to ring and it was an unknown number. I hesitated on whether to answer it or not. I didn't pick up, they didn't leave a message but they called back again and this time I answered.
"Hello? Who is this?" I asked nervously. You never know who could be on the other line!
"Hey Hale. It's Liam."
"Oh. Hi." It came out flat, not holding a single emotion. I'm too stressed to even care what I say.
"I was wondering if you wanted to come over and hang out?" His voice showed nervousness and hope. Maybe I should cut him some slack.
"Um sure but do you mind if I bring a friend?"
"Sure. Who?"
"It's a surprise." Playfulness sprinkled across my words. Only moments later Liam groaned.
"C'mon you know I hate surprises."
"I know but that makes it more fun. And do you like dogs?"
"Yes. I'll text you my address."
"Okay bye."
"Bye."
I hung up my phone and a minute later Liam texted me his address. I walked over to my room and changed out of my sweatpants and into a pair of navy blue high waisted shorts, a chiffon lavender tank top, a navy blue and lavender floral printed scarf I got in Pairs, and lavender low cut Converse. My hair was curled and I didn't feel like leaving it down so I pulled it into a high pony tail letting my curls bounce as I walk. I had on a light brown eyeshadow with black mascara and a light pink lip gloss making my lips glimmer in the light.
As I walked out of my room I grabbed Luther's green leash and took him for a quick walk before we left. When we got back I ran a brush through his hair so he wouldn't shed all over Liam's flat. I grabbed my keys then Luther and I drove off to Liam's place.
This is going to be eventful.

I softly knocked on his door scared to see him, because the last time I saw him I was kind of rude. His door opened and he was smiling like a little kid in a candy shop. "Hey Hale." He said whilst pulling me in a hug. I was slightly shocked by him hugging me but I should've known better since Liam has always been a friendly person. "Hey Liam." We pulled apart and he looked down at Luther with a smile decorating his features. "Oh this is Luther, my friend that I wanted to surprise you with." He chuckled and stuck his hand out to let Luther sniff it then started to pet his head. "I hope you don't mind him coming. I feel bad leaving him home alone. But I can bring him back home then come back." He shook his head chuckling again. "It's fine. I love dogs, my dog Brit is at Ruth's place right now." Oh, he has a dog? He moved aside, letting us enter.
