Chapter 9

Jassy stopped abruptly in the half way toward Percy Jackson's front door.She gripped tightly at Thalia's shirt and eyes shown of fear.

Thalia picked her up in her arms and smiled."It's okay,Jas.Nothing to worry about.Trust me."

Jassy nodded stiffly.Luke walked in front of them and knocked the door.Within seconds,someone rushed toward the door and opened it widely.Percy's amiable face appeared.He slightly raised up his eyebrows as he noticed who the intruders were.

"Hey,dude!What're you doing here?"Percy and Luke shared a manly hug.Luke shrugged and put his hand in his pocket.

He answered."Bring some girls for begging?Who knows?"Percy frowned but did not reply,he had an expression which was muddy and confused.

Thalia rolled her eyes and muttered,"Boys."She shoved Luke aside and stepped in."Afternoon,Kelp Head.You want us to standing here like idiots or you want to invite us in?"

Percy paid no attention to Thalia when his sea-green eyes fixed on the little cute girl that Thalia carried.He blinked his eyes."Erm..Sure.Come in."

Luke settled himself on the soft couch and let out a satisfied sighed."As soft as ever.You do realize the only thing I love from you is your couch?"Percy rolled his eyes and ignored him.Everytime he visited,he would say the same comment which Percy found that it was really started to get annoying.

"Whatever.Just suit youself."Percy turned his attention towards the girl.She was so gorgeous and smart.She had a dark hair which if Percy hadn't wrongly jugde ,the exactly same raven hair as him.This is weird.And the next thing was her eyes.The intelligent and intense gray eyes that Percy loved for years.And it didn't clear anythings though when Percy noticed that the eyes colour was way too similar to Annabeth.

She looked like a mini combination of me and Annabeth.It that even possible?Percy thought and had a deep breathe.He shook his head and teased at his foolishness.That's not possible,right?Like if Annabeth...if she...I mean really did...she would tell me...Sure...Or will she?

"Thals,do you mind to introduce me this little girl you carried?Don't tell me she's your daughter.Like your daughter."Percy pointed to Luke and back at her.He laughed nervously for some random reason.Thalia punched his shoulder."Shut up,moron.It's not."

"Thanks dude.For an obvious statement."Luke said in otherwise,grinning.Thalia shot him a glare.He put his hands up as surrender."Fine.Fine.I would love to but sadly she's not."

Thalia sighed."Her name is Jassy Cha--"She mentally cursed herself.What the heck?Hopefully he didn't notice.She cleared her dry throat and continued."I mean Jassy.She is one of my friend's daughter."

Percy raised an eyebrow as if 'That's it?That's all you can say about her?'

"Not to offend,Thalia.Your friend as is your friend which is none of them I didn't know.So who exactly is she or he?"Percy stared into her eyes.

Thalia quickly hardened her expression."You know nothing,Perce.You know nothing.And as to answer your question,she is one of my friendsMore precisely my colleague.And you know nothing about my colleagues.Her name is A--Abelle.Yeah,Abelle."Very smooth,Thalia.

Luke rolled his eyes dramatically.Abelle?Seriously Thals?Is that the best you can come up with?

Percy didn't seem convinced.He always seemed smarter than he look.But he decided to let it go and Thalia silently let out a breathe.Percy leaned down to the girl."Hey,Jassy.I'm--"

"Percy."Jassy said before he could.Percy looked at her in suprise.Thalia almost want to smacked her hand on her forehead.Luke bursted into a short laugh.

"I've told her on the way here.I mean your name and et cetera.So that she knows who you're.It's just I've a big mouth,right?Nothing in particular though."Thalia said a little bit too rush.

Percy hummed but his eyes still cannot teared away from hers.She reminds him of her a lots.Her as Annabeth.

"Anyways,welcome here,Jas."Percy hang on his word.How does that come?"I mean Jassy.Do you mind if I call you that?"He asked her politely.

Jassy shook her head.Her eyes glittered in excitement.Percy smiled warmly at her and pulled her into a hug.He was quite shocked at his action but he feel right.Jassy returned the hug.Thalia smirked and almost feel want to clap her hand and dance here and there.

"Do you want to eat something?"Percy asked as he slightly pulled away from the hug.He gently stroke her dark hair.

"Blue pancake."Jassy replied proudly.Percy knitted his eyebrow.Thalia felt panting and she gritted her teeth.

"Of cause.Blue pancake."Percy nodded and went to the kitchen.He stopped halfway and turned his head toward the lovebirds."What you guys want?"

"Blue pizza?Or blue spaghetti?"Luke shrugged and grinned.Percy stared at him."You're impossible."

Thalia rubbed her forehead."Don't let gim get into your mind,Perce.Blue pancake is it."

Percy nodded and turned.Jassy followed close behind."Percy,do you have 'Finding Nemo'?"

Percy felt his head stopped a beat.He turned his gaze to the little dark hair girl."Yeah.I watched it twice a week though.Call Thalia to open it for you.I think it's still in the DVD player."

Jassy returned a warm smile."I like it.I like Nemo.He has a strong bond with his daddy."Percy realized somehow her sad expression made him uncomfortable and urge him to hug her.This feel only happen on Annabeth and her mom.Jassy is the third.Weird.

"I like them too.They're cute."Percy patted her hair.Jassy looked into his eyes."My mummy love them too.She said it's because of my daddy."

Percy's heart beated faster than usual."Uh..Yeah.I can see that though.I would love to see your mum.Soon or later."

Jassy's eyes blinked in happiness.She grinned widely."Really?"

"Absolutely."
