As soon as their clothing were off, both Damiano and Margot could not stop looking at each other, trying to maintain eye contact so they do not check each other out. Damiano extended his hand towards her, she looked at it and for a half second before placing hers in his as they took off towards the sea that was waiting for them. As soon as the water touched Margot's toes she shrieked from the cold and slightly jumped making Damiano laugh. "Don't laugh, it's very cold!" – she scolded him. Damiano laughed and pulled her towards him with the hand that was still holding hers. "Here, you go first, and I will follow you, so I know you won't run back" – he guided her in front of him, sneaking a cheeky glance towards her body, checking her out and liking what he saw. She started shaking as they moved further in. What Margot was not expecting was when the water got to her waist for Damiano to push her in the water. She let out a scream as she went down under and heard him laughing, still holding on to her hand. He then pulled her up and faced him as she coughed and spit out water from not being prepared to go under.
Her hands started hitting him slightly while cursing at him for laughing at her. "Now I will freeze to death!" – she shrieked towards him. "No worries, you will get used to it as we go deeper. If not, I'm here to warm you up." – he told her softly as he pulled her closer towards him and embraced her. They both slowly walked in the water until it got to Damiano's shoulders. Margot's hands here around his shoulders and her legs around his waist due to not being able to reach the bottom. While Damiano's hands were one around her waist and the other around her shoulders. They quietly chatted. "I got Bidet for my 18th birthday from my brother, and soon after I got Legolas. Bidet was getting lonely, I had to do something!" – he told her about his cats, and she chuckled. "I got Diggy from Italy, actually. We found him with my grandad in the vineyard and decided to keep him. My dad was angry, and I still remember him complaining why I had to get a cat all the way from Italy instead of getting one from Paris. But now I think he loves Diggy more than me." – Margot chuckled. Both looking at each other's eyes as the moon shone on them. "I think nothing can beat a father's love for his daughter. I don't have a sister, but I have seen how much my brother loves his daughter since the day she was born." – he told her quietly as they moved in the water to warm up.
"Do you want kids one day Damiano?" – she asked him. "Of course, when the time is right and the perfect woman to start a family with comes along, I would gladly have kids. What about you?" – he told her and asked. "I want kids regardless of getting married or not. My dad did a splendid job raising me." – she told him. Up until now, Damiano never heard her mention her mother and wanted to ask but didn't want to open old wounds. Although his eyes gave him out, making Margot to explain "My mum passed away when she was giving birth to me. Something about a rare blood disease that made her lose too much blood at delivery. I grew up with just my dad and my grandparents. My grandma helped my dad raise me while he was touring. I never felt like I missed a mother because I never knew what it was to have a mother." – she informed him, with small tears running down her cheeks.
Margot always got emotional when she talked about her mother's untimely death. It was not the fact that she lost a mother, because she never knew her, never got to experience the love of her mother so she had nothing to miss. But she softly spilled tears for the loss that her father experienced with losing the love of his life. After her mother passed away, he never went on a date, never wanted to be in a relationship again nor get remarried. For him, her mother was his endgame and never felt the need to fill in the empty space she left. He wrote numerous songs about her and decide to redirect his whole love for his daughter.
Damiano wiped the small tears from her face as his soul ached for the tears she spilled. "I'm so sorry..." – he whispered before embracing her in a comforting hug. "It's okay..." – she answered just as low. They stayed in that embrace for what felt like ages. Damiano massaged her neck as her head rested on his shoulder, while Margot drew imaginary lines on his back gently. When she noticed Goosebumps on his skin, she suggested they get out and warm up. Damiano came prepared and brought not just towels but blankets as well. What he didn't come prepared for was the fact that he got her hair wet and they needed an extra towel. So, they decided to share one big towel and the other one to go for her hair. Margot came prepared as well. She brought a thick blanket for them to share. With just the moon illuminating the water, both cosied up and warmed each other up. Margot was sitting between Damiano's legs, her back against his chest and her knees tucked in her while his arms were over her knees. Desperate for some heath, Margot took out the wine and two glasses that she brought, hoping that the alcohol will warm them up. Damiano took out the food he prepared, Margot's eyes growing wide when she was the delicious desert he brought out of the basket.
They continued their game of truth and dare, ate their food, and drank their wine, both tipsy near the edge of drunk. The breeze contributed well to their state. Continuing the chat about children. "I think my first child will be a girl! It's just a deep down feeling I have!" – she told him as he smiled at her enthusiasm as she munched down on her last pudding. "I think I will have a daughter first, as well. Of course, it doesn't matter what the gender is if the baby is healthy, but I do think I will have a girl!" – Damiano told her as she lifted her gaze to look at him. He stared at her, her sitting across from him still both under their blanket, impossibly close to each other. What he noticed was that after her last spoonful of his pudding, she had a bit of pudding in the corner of her lip. "If you treat me with all of this pudding all the time Mr. David, I will have to move to Italy, and have you cook for us every night!" – she spilled her thought at her while she tried to scrape every bit of pudding left on the cup.
Damiano was mesmerised by her. The moon illuminated her face perfectly, her red lips were looking soft, her green eyes were sparkling. Her hair was only wet at the ends and her curls fell on her face. His hand involuntarily moved to push a curl out of her face and continued its journey towards holding her cheek. He decides to capture the moment and lift her head and kiss her.
And that's what he did. Slowly he guided her face up with the hand resting on her cheek and leaned in soon after to kiss her gently. What he didn't expect was for her to reciprocate the kiss after just a second. Like she was expecting this moment. Her hand after a few seconds travelled towards his hair, tangling her fingers in his now dry long hair, her other still holding the pudding cup with her spoon inside. He moved towards her now with both hands on her, one on her cheek and the other taking the pudding cup and throwing it on the blanket then moving to hug her waist and pull her on his lap. The kiss got heavy, and both did not want to break it up. The heath was radiating from their lips, burning with passion that was concealed for the last two days. Neither of them caring that it has only been two days since they met. Desperate for air and desperate for dominance in the kiss, they pushed and pulled each other while kissing passionately. The only sound being heard was the waves crashing, their lips colliding and heavy panting because both were stubborn and didn't want to end the kiss.
What felt like an eternity, but still not enough they pulled away! Forehead against forehead, trying to catch their breath. His hand was massaging her neck while her hands were caressing his still bare back gently. "What are you doing to me miss Polnareff?" – he whispered on her lips, after pecking them. "I don't know mister David, but I like what it does to you..."
