Right Guy, Wrong Time.

Chapter 21

CC's POV:
I took a deep breath. "Ashley is my best friend.. i didn't think he was going to make it. And Leeann I am very fond of you too.. if I lost you guys - I just don't know what I'd do.." she placed my hand in between hers and run her thumb over mine "But CC you have Selena and the other guys." I nodded "I know... it's just.. i felt so much pain an - and I don't want to live here without anyone... i al-almost-" Selena walked through the door and Leeann moved her hands away. Selena walked towards me and sat down. I wiped my face. "What's wrong babe?" She said while kissing my forehead. I shook my head. "What were you about to say CC?" Leeann asked. I shook my head. "Nothing.. I'm going to go get me a drink real quick." I walked out and sat down near the vending machine. I was thinking to myself 'Do I have feelings for Leeann too? What if Ashley was okay and Leeann wasn't.. would I still want to die? No. That's stupid. Leeann loves Ashley. Selena loves me and I love her.'

Selena's POV :
CC left so I turned towards Leeann. "What were you guys talking about?" She hesitated then said "he asked me about what happened and who did these cuts and stuff." I Looked at her arms and legs.  I didn't really realize the cuts at first. "Oh my... does it hurt to move or walk?" She shrugged "I haven't walked anywhere yet.. i used to have worse cuts but these are everywhere." I looked at her really curiously "you used to cut? Why?" She hid her face with her hair "because I'm useless." A tear slipped out of my eyes. Damn I'm so emotional. "Who said that? No you aren't." "My parents.. they don't love me.. they tell me to cut - that I'm ugly anyways so what does it matter.-" She took a deep breath. "They hurt when they get caught on the bed sheets or clothes." "I'm so sorry Leeann. Can I hug you?" She nodded and I hugged her. "Thanks Selena.."  "For what?" "For listening.." i pulled away and waited a minute "Do you need clothes because yours looks like they'd be tight. I can go get you some loose clothing." "Can you get me some sweatpants and a turtle neck so no one can see these" she said gesturing towards her neck. "Okay. I'll go get you some when they move you with Ashley... hasn't it been like at least 11 minutes?" She shook her head. "I'll be right back." I said while getting up and walking towards the nurses station "when is she moving in with Ashley?" The nurse looked at me then typed onto her keyboard. "All I can tell you is soon." I got a little mad but walked towards the vending machine where I saw CC. "Hey baby" I said while wrapping my arms around him interrupting him in a deep thought. "Thinking hard there aren't ya?" I giggled.  "Hey" he said and gave me a kiss and we walked to Leeann's room. Hmm that's weird.. i wonder why he didn't answer my question.

20 minutes later
Leeann's POV:
Savanna: "okay you ready to be in a room with Ashley? Im going to warn you, He's not responding much at all"
I shook my head yes and we walked up the hall and into the elevator. CC is practically carrying me I just hope that Selena doesn't get mad. I glance over to her and she's smiling at me.

We walked to room 696. "Here ya go." Savanna said opening the door "I'll be back in a few." CC put me down and I walked in first. Tears flowed out of my eyes as I saw my Outlaw. He had IVs, heart rate monitor, his head was wrapped up, and on the middle of his chest was gauze and blood came through it. "I'm going to have to change his gauze" a new nurse said. "By the way, my name is Bethany.  I will be taking care of the both of you with help from Savanna." I nodded and shook her hand "thank you." "it's our job." she gigled "plus to be working for Ashley and his girlfriend? I wouldn't trade this for anything."

After she changed his gauze I hugged CC and Selena. While Selena was talking to me CC went and talked to Ashley. He began to cry so Selena said that they were going to go home.

After they left I sat in the chair beside his bed. I held his hand and ran my thumb up and down his fingers.  "I love you baby.. please get better. Don't give up. I need you" I kissed his forehead and layed my head on him. I then fell asleep.

'I felt someone jerking my arms "Move" I heard 3 people yell and a really loud, high pitch beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee- I opened my eyes and on Ash's monitor was a flat line. I began to cry. "As-shley don't.  You-you can't leave me" the nurses grabbed me back and I started kicking and punching trying to get to him. One of the nurses shook me.

"wake up" they yelled. I opened my eyes and I was crying. Bethany was shaking me. "Bad dream?" She said while wiping my face off. I looked at Ashley's monitor. It was fine. "I think you need to go to sleep" Bethany said. I shook my head no "I can't I need to be up with him.
