Epilogue

~6 years later~

It had been 6 years since you and the boys last saw the goddesses. Since then, everything had been peaceful. No Dawon or even her brother disturbed your family. They were still both locked up in prison after attempting to escape last year. 

Currently, you and your family were sitting at the dining table, and just getting ready to eat dinner. Sunhee and Myungjin helped you and Minhyuk in the kitchen while the other boys were preparing the table. Your family was big that's why every helping hand was necessary. After a few more minutes, everyone finally sat down, ready to eat. 

But before everyone else could dig in, your 13-year old daughter's phone received a notification. Sunhee smiled sheepishly at everyone who looked at her. Her brothers instantly proceeded on piling foods on their plates while you and the boys stayed still, still looking at the smiling Sunhee. 

Something about her smile was different. Sunhee was a very optimistic girl, she smiles a lot, but at that time, her smile was different. 

"Why is she smiling like that?" Sanha whispered beside you. You looked at him, only to see his jaw clenched.  You knew what the boys have in mind, and they all knew what you were thinking too. You and the boys thought that it must be because of a boy, or even boys. Who knew? 

"Did she mention anything to you, Jiyeon?" Dongmin asked, making you shake your head in response.

"Just let her be, she'll speak up when she's ready." Jinwoo said.

"I have to agree with that. I'm sure that Sunhee won't keep something big. Heck, she can't even lie on our face." Minhyuk said.

You sighed before starting to eat. The boys followed your actions. However, Myungjun couldn't keep his eyes off of his daughter whose smile was wider than his usual smile. It was something he wasn't used to. 

"Aren't you going to eat, Sunhee-ah?" Myungjun asked the teenage girl. The girl smiled sheepishly again before putting down her phone. 

"Oh, yeah, I bet you're talking to that Seojun boy again." The 13-year old boy, Suho, said loudly as he munched on his food. When he realized what he just said, his eyes widened. Sunhee kicked his legs under the table that caused him to yelp in pain.

"Oh! That Seojun guy? The 9th-grade basketball player and swimmer?" Baejin, who was currently 15 years old, teased with a smirk. Sunhee glared at him, making him stop munching his fried chicken.

"Seojun, huh?" Dongmin asked, making Sunhee look down in embarrassment.

"Full name?" Sanha asked. Out of all the boys, Sanha was the strictest one when it comes to Sunhee, but that doesn't mean that the others weren't strict.

 "Lee Seojun," The 17-year old Jinki said before looking at his sister cautiously. He didn't mean to spill the tea. He was too caught up on his food and he didn't notice that his body was acting on its own. 

"Oppa!" Sunhee hissed as she glared at the older male.

"Is he your boyfriend or something?" Myungjun asked.

"N-No," Sunhee said, face crimson red because of embarrassment. 

"Are you sure?" You asked, making her nod. You knew she was telling the truth just by her face and eyes. Her eyes shake whenever she lies. 

"She just has a crush on him. Seojun is the typical middle school heartthrob, but I think he's fine. He looks like a good guy to me, and it was obvious that he has a big fat crush on her too--" Myungjin, who was 18 years old, stopped himself from talking further upon seeing Sunhee's glaring eyes and dark aura.

"I-I mean, she has a very little crush on him?" Myungjin tried to not make the situation even worse for Sunhee, but it was obvious that he failed miserably. 

Sunhee's shoulders slumped in defeat as Donghyun, her 16-year old brother, caressed her back to comfort her. Her 14-year old brother, Minhyun, patted her shoulder to comfort her too.

"Way to go, hyung." Minhyun sighed in disappointment. Myungjin looked at them apologetically. 

"Honestly and personally speaking, I'd rather refer to it as puppy love. It doesn't seem too deep for me." Donghyun spoke, making Sunhee smile slightly. Out of all his brothers, Donghyun was the sweetest, and she really appreciates it.

"Thanks, oppa." She mouthed, making, this time, Donghyun smile.

"Well, I don't see any problem here." You said as you smiled at your daughter fondly.

You looked at the boys, waiting for their response. You low-key looked at them with your puppy eyes, making them sigh.

"Fine...just make sure that you'll keep on learning and playing guitar for me. Make sure to lend some time for my guitar lessons for you." Sanha smiled slightly when he saw his daughter grin upon hearing his statement.

"Make sure that you lend some time to help us in the kitchen too." Minhyuk said, holding your hand tightly under the table as he looked at you.

"Make sure that you'll be able to attend my 'art classes' on weekends too." Myungjun grinned at his daughter.

"Hey, you also need to make sure that you'll be able to join me dance some time." Bin said, winking at his daughter before smiling. You rolled your eyes at his actions. It was already his habit to wink.

"Promise me that you'll still make time to study with me and your brothers. I don't want that 'puppy love' to get in the way with your studies, alright?" Dongmin asked, making her daughter nod instantly, almost eagerly. 

"You have to promise me that you'll still sing for me to sleep too." Jinwoo said, feeling a bit too emotional than usual. 

"You're being emotional again, appa." Minhyun said, shaking his head slightly.

"Just ignore your appa Jinwoo right now." You sighed.

Jinwoo wasn't the only one who was feeling emotional,  you and the others too. It made you all feel just how fast time flies. It only seemed like yesterday when you held your first baby, and now, they're all grown-ups. It makes you proud in a way. 

Heaving a deep yet relieved sigh, you spoke again with a smile.

"Everyone, eat up before the food gets cold."
