Living my days
Without knowing what was it
That make us yearn to live ,
surrounded by fake people
With their fake smiles
I went on.
One day he came and
And he showed me real kindness
Without wanting anything from me.
I was smiling to not make anyone pity me
But he saw through that smile easily.
I was shocked to hear him say
"Why are you looking so sad ?" ,
For all my life
I have only listened to poeple saying
How happy I look to them.
Like a fresh breath air in my suffocating life
Which was like a boat in still water
Without anything to make it move
He wase like a first wave in that water
washing away all my worries in blink of an eye.
He was the first person,
First one to open the lonely room i were in
First one to help me find the ray of light
In the darkness of my life,
A first star to shine ,
First one who didnt want anything from me
First one to not want me to change
Even though i was full of flaws.
Even when my tears dried up
He didnt leave me
Even when my own shadow
Abandoned me at night
He was with me.
My sad, happy , cranky days
He was there
When he was not with me
My days feel more longer
I thought i was okay being lonely
But after he came
I came to love his presence in my life
Without his lame jokes
My days feel empty
At first they were annoying
But i came to love them
Tell me, someone,anyone,
Is this what being in love feels like?
