I stared at the child,
His gaze full of innocence & wonder, while he stared at Flowers
In the lady's hands.

The lady smiled,
carefully picking one of flower,
gifting it to the boy delighted.

The boy, he tenderly looked at the flower, with delightment overflowing.
Yet, as a moments pass,
That flower lay on the ground,
No longer a treasure cared for.

While The boy,
without a look back, continues his way.
Letting the beautiful petals decays,
no longer beautiful
Just like a dream discarded
after new comes to play.
