"wow atsumu, you're surprisingly cooperative today", the photographer for adidas remarked to the man.
atsumu did not take these shoots very seriously and tended to act like a diva, so it usually took several hours for them to finish shooting. but today he wasn't taking any breaks or being lazy, for some odd reason.
"when will we be done?", he asked, checking his phone time and again
"an hour, maybe?", she shrugged, "why? you got somewhere to be?"
"hmmm... something like that", he nodded, "i don't think i'll make it in time though"
"well how far is the place?", she asked, "i can get someone to arrange for a car"
"it's an hour by train", he shook his head as he looked at the time. the game was probably into the third set by now.
"we can try to get it done faster!!", she tried to cheer him up, "get up, we just have one more scene to film before you're free to go"

"we are into the third set of this nail-biting final match. the winner is near impossible to predict. all players are in great condition."
"l/n y/n is providing us with the best performance we have seen of her in her whole high school career."
"are any of you tired and want to be substituted for this set?", the coach asked the girls, "this is the only chance you have"
terumi and nene nodded yes.
two reserve players walked onto court in their place. they'd be here for the whole set.
the reserve players were not bad. actually, better than the regular players of some teams.
but the absence of both, terumi and nene, did have a strain on the rest of the team.
"why aren't they substituting y/n?", akamine asked
"the substitution is due to exhaustion. and if her practice schedule is the same as before, y/n should be able to play five sets with no problem", akio replied
"she actually practises as much as she said in the interview?", akamine raised an eyebrow
"yeah, if not more", he huffed, "she has great stamina"
"get your hormones out of here"
"i didn't even mean it in that way!!"
the score was neck and neck again. the pressure seemed to be at an all time high.
one aspect of the game that y/n was not great at was motivating others verbally. she wasn't really captain material. she was star player material.
