Lauren's POV
I wake up the next morning, cuddled up with Camila as I blink my eyes multiple times so they can get adjusted to the sunlight brightening up our bedroom.
I get off from on top of Camila as I put on some clothes before leaving. I quietly shut the door behind me and skip down the stairs.
I enter the kitchen as I begin to prepare my wife some breakfast. Wife... God... It wasn't a dream at all... It all happened yesterday.
I look at my engagement and wedding ring as I smile brightly probably looking like a fucking idiot. And idiot deeply in love.
Once I finish cooking and serving breakfast I hear the floor creak.
"Camila?" I ask softly.
"Present," Camila says playfully. She walks into the kitchen rubbing her eyes.
I laugh softly as I plant a kiss on her cheek. "Good morning... Wife," I said.
"Oh, I love that. Call me it again," Camila smiles.
"Wife. My wife. And mine only," I said.
Camila pecks my lips as she turns to our breakfast. "Score. I love your waffles," Camila says.
"And I made them with so much love today, baby," I said.
I hand Camila her plate of food and her glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice as I grab mine.
We sit together at the table as we begin to dig in, eating in peaceful silence.
"So Jayden wants to play with Zayn Jr. today," Camila finally speaks.
"That sounds perfect for me. My brother will be dropping off the kids after breakfast," I said.
"Mhmm. So we have an hour or two by just ourselves?" Camila smirks.
"First let's finish our breakfast before we repeat last night," I giggle softly.
Camila's POV
After enjoying our moment of alone time, Lauren and I are in my car with Zayn Jr. and Camilo in the back on their car seats.
"Yesterday was bweutiful mami," Zayn Jr. speaks.
"You did such a great job bringing the ring baby," Lauren smiles back at him.
Zayn Jr. smiles brightly at Lauren before he gives all his attention to his toys.
"Has Zayn talk to him at all recently?" I lower my voice to Lauren.
"No. But at least he has you. It won't be the same but he gets along with you fairly well," Lauren says.
I reach over and take her hand in mine. "And I'm grateful because it would have been extremely difficult if he didn't," I said.
We finally arrive at my aunt's house as I park my car.
Lauren and I get out and then get the kids out as I open the door leading to the backyard.
I see Harry, Louis, Jayden, and my aunt sitting at the picnic table as they stand up with bright smiles on their faces, greeting us.
"Oh, all I ever wished was to see my niece happy. I thank you from the bottom of my heart Lauren for giving her that," My aunt says.
"Yeah well it's exchanged," Lauren smiles.
Jayden and Zayn Jr. run around in the garden as they play together.
We adults sit on the garden couch as Louis, Harry, and my aunt coo and make Camilo laugh.
I wrap my arm around Lauren's shoulder as I kiss my wife tenderly.
"I always dreamed about this. My pain is gone. Happiness is present. And my family is complete. You, Zayn Jr., Camilo, my aunt, Harry, Louis, and Jayden. My life is full of happiness and love," I said.
"You deserve it, baby," Lauren caresses my jaw.
We share one more long tender kiss before we join my family in making Camilo laugh as Jayden and Zayn Jr. run over to join us.
Jayden caresses his cousin's forehead as Lauren picks Zayn Jr. up in her arms, kissing him all over his face.
I wrap my arms around both of them and kiss their foreheads as I cuddle up against my family. My life is complete.
