CHAPTER 17

Hange's POV

I saw Y/N's car drove away and although I still wanted to spend some time with her , I can't

Not just because of the meeting but because of my ex , Moblit who's waiting for me right outside my car

I know that Y/N and I aren't anything official but we both share mutual feelings for one another

"And with that, Meeting adjourned" Dean Pixis said before leaving the faculty as everyone else followed "Levi! help me" I said while reaching out my hand to his shoulder "what is it foureyes?" The shorter man said "I need you to cover for me, Please!" I sounded desperate but I didn't really want to interact with Moblit

"If this has something to do with your personal life then it's a no" He said "But your my friend!" I whined "Hange you need to solve your personal problems on your own , Like what adults do" Levi said before walking off

I've considered asking for help from Y/N but if Moblit finds out that she's my student , He may report us to the dean which may cause Y/N trouble , Her record of being the #1 student may get affected if people finds out about our relationship

I had no choice but to face Moblit with a heavy heart.

Y/N's POV

"Y/N do you want something, I'm going to go get groceries" Armin said while locking his room "Can I go with you" I replied in a whining tone , I had nothing else to do. Usually , Hange and I would hang out at her place but not today because of her meeting

"Sure, I could use some help " He said. I went to my room to get my car keys and went to my car with Armin

As I was driving , He started to speak "By the way, why are you home early today? I mean ever since last month you've been going home late. What have you been doing?" He asked. It felt like he was interrogating me "I....Was busy with basketball , Yeah" I lied as I tried not to look at him

Armin's a smart kid , I feel like if I looked at him , He'd instantly know that I'm lying

"Hmmm..." He seemed unconvinced , I needed to make something up and quick. I can't afford Armin knowing. Not that he's not reliable but he's the student council president and it won't be good if he found out

The rest of the drive to the grocery store was completely silent in an awkward way.

Soon enough, We arrived. "What do you want for dinner Couz?" He asked while getting a basket "F/F please" You instantly replied "I knew you would say that" He said while chuckling
as you rolled your eyes at him

"Hey Armin , Imma just buy something on the other store. Meet me at the car" You said "Sure" He said while walking off

You got out of the grocery store and about to go to your the sports shop but you saw a familiar figure inside the restaurant that was across the street

When you went to see who it was and confirm who you think it is you saw Hange....

But she was with the tall blonde guy you saw outside her car earlier. You didn't know why but you felt as if you were about to burst.

You were starting to overthink but then the guy inched closer to her and gave her a peck on the Lip. You were ready to punch the hell out of him as you felt the anger inside you awaken.

You bit your lip so hard that it started to bleed but you didn't felt anything. You always bite your lip as an attempt on calming yourself down but this time , It didn't work.

The guy then exited the restaurant and left Hange which gave you an opportunity to confront her
