CHAPTER 5

Y/N's POV

"Y/N, You alright?" Ymir asked , It was already lunch time and you still didn't even touch your meal "H-huh? Yeah , I'm fine" You said before starting to eat

You've been more quiet than usual and you ignored almost everyone except for Ymir because of what happened earlier

"Y/N" Someone called from behind you and when you turned to look at who it was , you saw Yelena

shit , this day couldn't get any better could it now

Your eyes scanned her whole appearance , She wore your team uniform with a windbreaker jacket and some Jordan 1s

"You need something?" You asked in monotone "I uh well, I'm sorry if Pei-" "It is what it is , I don't want to talk about it" You immediately cut her off before she could even mention Peick's Name

Before she could reply, You grabbed your tray and walked off , Behind you was Ymir with Historia and the whole basketball team except for Yelena

"Y/N , Are you sure you're ok?"
Ymir worriedly asked "Yeah"
You shortly replied

TIME SKIP

The whole day went fast and it was already time for chemistry , Hange's subject . Finally , The day's almost over

You entered along with Ymir , Before you could even look at Peick and Yelena's way , You immediately walked towards your seat , Ymir just followed

You grabbed your phone from your pocket and started scrolling through your Instagram

You checked trough your DM's and you saw your old conversation with Peick

Hesitant wether you should delete it or not , You decided not to mind it and went to search for someone

HANGE ZOË

You typed and her account immediately popped up on your screen

You started to stalk her and every second that passed , You found your self getting more and more interested about her that you didn't notice the person you were stalking entered the room and now standing right behind you

"Stalking me , I see" She whispered to you which made the whole class look into your way "Miss Z-Zoë, I uh" "It's alright hun , I can't blame you" She said before winking and you knew well that the others saw that

You facepalmed your self as she walked in front , Starting to write some things down.

You turned your phone off before shoving it into your pocket "What the heck was that?" You heard Ymir whispered "What?" You asked "Did miss Zoë...Just winked at you?" You were about to reply but then the bell rang

Miss Zoë started talking and giving you instructions about the new project you're about to perform which was by pairs

"Ok class, It's time for you all to pick your partners" She said , before you could even look at the others , Everyone else had their own partners and you were left with none

Normally, The whole class will fight over you but because of what happened earlier , Everybody's just too afraid to ask "Miss L/N , don't have a partner yet?" Hange suddenly walked towards you "I guess not, everyone else's taken" You replied whilst rubbing your neck "Then I'll be your partner" She suggested "That would be unfair miss" You said "Well , You can work alone but I can help you out" She said and you nodded

"Get your things and sit on the chair besides my table" She said before going back to her table

You immediately gathered your stuff before following her. All the other students are caught up with their own works and conversations that no one noticed you

"Ok Y/N , Let's see , can you do this alone?" She asked without looking away from her laptop "Yeah sure" You replied

You anticipated something more to happen but nothing came, She acted normally , Like there's nothing between the two of you

You were almost finished with your sketch and layout when the bell rang , Everybody rushed out
thus leaving you with miss Zoë

"I-I need to go" You said while gathering your stuff "Hmmm don't you want to talk?" She asked while placing her palm in top of your hands, making you stop on whatever you were doing

"About what exactly?" You asked while looking at her "Aw nothing, Ok miss L/N , You may go now" She said while moving away from you which you found odd , You wanted her to make you forget about what happened with Peick , you wanted her to be Peick's replacement because of what happened yesterday

"Thanks Miss" You said before exiting the room
