Y/N's POV

"I care because I think I l-love you" There , You said it and there's no way you could take back your words

"Can you say that again?" She said "I fucking love you Hange! Event though you left me! I can't bring myself to hate you let alone hurt you back!" You said as your tears erupted from your eyes

"I love you too Y/N , I really do" She said. Your faces now inches away from each other and the slightest of movement can cause your lips to collide

"Then why did you chose him?" You said while still sobbing

"I didn't Y/N , He...He threatened me" She whispered. You pulled her in for a hug , A tight embrace in which you never wanted to let go

An embrace to tell her that you're here , A hug to tell her that it's all gonna be fine. A simple yet comforting gesture to assure her that she's safe with you

"How? In what way? Did he caused those wounds and bruises?" You asked just after the both of you broke away

"H-He told me that he's going to kill my family and everyone that I love if I didn't get back with him" She said while sobbing "Hange you could've told me sooner , why keep it to yourself" You whispered while stroking her hair as you pulled her close into you

Hange started to sob causing your heart to ache

"You don't have to explain to me if your not ready" You softly said while placing a soft kiss on her hair

"I'm sorry Y/N , I'm so sorry for hurting you , For breaking your heart and leaving you without any explanation" She said in between sobs "H-Hange , I'm all good now at least now I know why. I'm gonna help you ok , Everything's gonna be fine" You reassured her

Everything went silent for a minute or so. Both of you enjoying each other's presence that was until you've heard a knock

"Shit it's Moblit" She whispered

With the mention of his name , Your anger was ignited. You wanted to end him there and then yet you didn't want to even if you can

"Go upstairs Y/N , Let me Handle him. He won't find you , I promise" She whispered and you nodded

You went up just before Moblit could enter.

fuck him , His gonna pay for all this

You entered one of the rooms and you were lucky that it had a window which you can use as an escape route

You opened it but before you could go out , You heard the Hange and Moblit bickering , Their voices getting louder.

You wanted to help Hange yet you can't right now , But soon

I guess I have to contact them

HANGE'S POV

"What took you so long to open the door?" He asked , His voice louder than normal causing me to flinch "I-I was grading" I lied
"You could have opened the door first!" He snapped , throwing his coat on the rack

"S-sorry" I whispered "I can't fucking hear you!" He said causing me to repeat what I've said

"Tch, Now where's my dinner!" He stated "I'll cook , Wait here" I said as he sat down , Lighting up a cigar stick

I quickly went to the kitchen to cook , Tears threatening to escape my eyes

He wasn't always like this and that's why I used to love him but then...

FLASHBACK

It was a cold night , Moblit still isn't home.

I asked myself

Maybe he was just a little busy at work?

I sat on the bed , waiting for my Dom.

We've been in a relationship for a while now, four years and eight months but he's been going home late lately

He used to go home early, as soon as his shift ended

"Hange , I'm home" He slurred , Is he drunk?

I immediately came to his aid as I placed one of his arm around my shoulder , supporting his weight

He was reeking alcohol and girls

"why are you drunk? And you smell like girls. Where the fuck did you go?!" I snapped as I laid him on the sofa "Girls? What girls? and I am not dr-" Before he could even finish what he was saying , He threw up

"What the heck Moblit , This is so unlike you! Do you have any problems?" I asked but he didn't answered

I had no choice but to clean him up and place some blankets over him

I placed his bag in my hand and went up our room

I was rummaging trough his stuff and what I found shocked me

A pack of ecstasy pills wrapped in tinfoil

He's been using drugs? what the heck

I found myself staring at a distant , I can't believe what I just discovered

Yet I didn't confront him about it , I ignored the changes in his attitude , He have become more alcoholic and Violent but I bare it all until one day I saw him , engulfing himself with multiple women at that one bar

That was it , I couldn't take it anymore so I broke up with him. I was grasping at the small hope that he'd change yet he didn't , He even become worst

That was the day I set myself free , free from an abusive partner , free from Moblit and I couldn't wish for anything else
