Marco:

   "If that woman owes you a debt then please do not hold back on your collection, she's not even my mom so why should I hold you back from the only thing you want today"

   "What do you mean she's not your mom?"

I guess that explained the hostile way she was treated in her own home.

    "I'm sorry for the terrible shit that bitch put you through baby"
I pulled her in a hug before kissing her head.

   "It's fine babe, let's get this over with"
She replied before linking our hands and leading me through the house and to the car where we sped away.
I honestly hoped that things won't go far too wrong today because I had other businesses to attend to.

   Soon enough we arrived at the very place where it all began, the Maliz compound.
The place that held more memories than anywhere I had ever been in my entire life, both good, bad and horrible memories where all made right here.

   "Welcome to hell baby"
My wife whispered before laughing and dragging me along with her, disregarding the flashing lights, the camera, the crowded place that reminded me that it was in fact Catherina's memorial today and it made me wonder why she seemed so non chalant about everything.

There were so many questions thrown at her, so many questions about why we were together, how It  was possible that she was alive and there but in everything she effortlessly pushed through the crowd till we arrived the front door and were welcomed by some young butler whose eyes almost bulged out when he saw us.

  "Let's end this"
She said before walking up to me and pulling me in a deep kiss.

   "I love you Marco and I'm sorry for everything my nasty family put you through"
She smiled before pecking me again.

   "I love you too Mrs Romano and I do not hold anything against you"
I replied before pulling her into another kiss, a kiss that held all the love I felt for this woman and yet it wouldn't be enough.

   "Well, what do we have here?"
Came the annoying voice of the woman whose debt I was sure to collect and for the first time in years I felt a different kind of satisfaction deep within.

Guys we are coming to the end of this peice of mine, I had planned to make it a short story that involved right about twenty chapters but look where we are.
