Chapter 9: A Dream Come True

(If I am right, this is one of my favorite chapters of this book. When it comes to writing the Thank You series, I try to stay truthful to the material most of the time. With certain characters and looking at the fans responses, I also try and understand why they wanted certain events to play out. This chapter is no different. When it came to the writing a magical girl book, I knew I wanted it to be something about empires and kingdoms, but nothing too extreme like Star Wars. Enjoy!)

              The fairies rushed down to the basement and gasped. The white statue was glowing faintly!

"What is going on?!" Mepple shouted in a panic.

The white statue was sending a faint signal to the three pink Cures about a warning. Miyuki, Mana, and Hana were sharing a similar, dark dream. Each one was placed at their respective kingdoms, but their kingdoms were destroyed! The three girls were looking for anyone who survived the wreckage. However, they could not find the source of this destruction and anyone who could've survived. Miyuki then found herself surrounded by dark creatures. However, she did not have her powder compact! She could only try and block their joined attacks!

"Help Cure Happy!" Candy shouted loudly.

Then, an orange, yellow, green, blue, and white lights crashed around her! Miyuki gasped at the lights as Candy landed on top of Miyuki's head. She could recognize Cure Peace and March, but she did not know the other four lights. However, they smiled at Miyuki. Miyuki then realized that these girls were from other kingdoms and had powder compacts as well! Mana was running away from some dark creatures until she saw Ike punch one away! She didn't know Ike was this strong! Then, she saw a red string tied around his finger to Rikka! She transformed into Cure Diamond and helped him! Then, a girl in yellow created a clover shields to protect them from an unknonwn attack. Then, a girl in purple ran pass her and swiftly cut down the remaining dark creatures. Then, a girl in red and another girl in dark purple stood back to back as they fought back these dark creatures. A young knight then charged towards a few with a young lady who had a long pink flowing hair and wore a long, blue gown. The two of them worked very well together!

"Ah! Mana's ok!" Kippie exclaimed as he flew to her.

She caught the fairy as she watched them fight.

To say the least, Mana was speechless. They had a such a strong bond and similar phone and make up kits to transform. They were the same as hers! Hana tried her best to get away from the creatures, but she felt someone gently pick her up and carry her away! She looked at the person and gasped! It was George! Before she could scream and fight her way out of his grasp, he placed her on the ground as Cure Marcherie and Cure Amour combined their powers to blast the creatures back.

"We've found Hana!" George shouted as he stood protectively in front of her.

Then, a girl in blue landed in front of them to create a blue featherily shield to protect themselves. Then, a yellow star crashed down around them as a Cure in yellow landed gracefully on the ground. Then, a white Cure skated pass them and jumped in the air to only deliver such a power kick on the creatures! Hana couldn't believe how powerful they were! She then noticed that everyone, but George, had the same heart phone! Before Hana could reach out to them, the scene changed before her, Miyuki, and Mana. They found themselves standing in a room filled with wonderful statues. The they saw their respective princesses standing in a circle with Mepple, Mipple, and Porun. The statues began to shine brightly until a young lady covered in gold stood before them as the darkness gathered around them!

The statute at the center then shouted "Please Cures! Lead your teams and protect your princesses. Come to me for I need to stop the Queen of Nightmares! She's consumed too much darkness. Please hurry!"
